i auditioned for kpop agencies i won't get into lol (jyp, sm, cube, bh, etc.)

Let me explain

Recently, I have bee feeling like my life has been super boring and

I just wanted to step out of my comfort zone

And do something wild

So I auditioned for a bunch of agencies

Including JYP, SM, Cube entertainment

So a lot of these agencies have different categories like

Rap, dance, singing, modeling and acting

I auditioned for the acting category for most of the agencies

And select for agencies that had influencer options

I applied as an influencer

I don't have any acting experience

Dance wise, I took a few classes

When I was in middle school in korea

Just to clarify

The only reason why I auditioned for the acting category

(born in 1998)(22 yrs old) was because I am too old to become a K-pop idol so

None of the other categories would have worked

So the agencies that I auditioned for are

So I applied to 11 agencies

I was originally going to apply to couple more but

Some of them required me to write like a one page essay in Korean

So I was just not down to do that

So yeah I passed on a few other agencies

I sent over a 30 second monologue

For the ones where I applied for acting

For my

I was originally going to go for that one scene in SKY Castle

I don't want to spoil anything

i ended up not doing that because it was a little bit too emotional

so I ended up doing another scene in sky castle

i heard you didn't even eat dinner at the academy.

forget it, mom. she'll eat once she gets hungry.

but then again, you shouldn't have the conscience to eat...

after the horrible grades you got.

i could guess all the answers and still get better grades than you.

[pronunciation was probably the biggest barrier for me lol]

broadly speaking there were three types
of online auditions

there's the online form that you fill out on their websites

and then the second type is email

so it's pretty much the same thing except
you're sending in an email

then the third type they also do kakaotalk auditions

which was the case for a cube Entertainmen

t I think I really liked the Kakao Talk ones

because you can actually know if they checked your application

so they asked you for your height and weight

and all of them are acquired me
to send in pictures

this is very important and they have pretty strictguidelines

as to what kind of pictures they want

for most of them they want a
close-up face picture, bust shot and a full body shot.

for some of these agencies

along with my acting tape

I decide to send over some extra clips of me dancing

because they (not) always like to see some
extra stuff

I applied for dancing and maybe one of the auditions because

they had an acting category

but the acting category was under visual

but I didn't want to apply to visual because

you know so I applied for dancing

i miss going to dance studios at school :')

just assume that I didn't get a callback from any of these agencies cuz

i'm untalented
