with feeling of a ramdon.

Different people deal with this moment
differently.

Some of us go,

with confident.

And there are other people
who are not so confident,

and it stop them speaking at this moment.

Make them feel anxious,

they may not up to it.

And that is not the case.

Acctually, all of us have
our confidence within.

What I want to talk about today

is the idea that we can find
more confidence within us,

if we know where to look.

We look within,

And the reason that I want to
talk about this is because

many years ago,

I stood in front of a audience,

this big, bigger,

that's central hall.

It's house aparnament,

which is big, messive space.

I was super excited about that moment,

because that I knew that

it was my big moment

that I ... voice coach

I was going to be able to speak

When I stepped up
in front of that audience,

what happened was
everything that could possibly go wrong.

And it did.

I went too fast.

I lost my words.

It felt like such a horrible experience.

And just as I thought
it couldn't get any worse,

the microphone broke.

And I looked out across the room,

and I said in my big voice coach voice --

it wasn't this much wind I have to say --

And I said in my big voice coach voice,

"Can you hear me in the back?"

And someone said,

"Speak up!"

And I just felt this feeling of
absolute shame

that feeling of audience looking at you

Not Synced
and feeling of judgement,

Not Synced
feeling ripples us

And I left that venue,

and I thought to myself that never again

Not Synced
That didn't work because I'm here.

I also thought that I'm going to do it
differently next time,

Not Synced
I'm going to make sure that next time
-
Not Synced
that I stand up to speak
that it feels good.

Where will I have to go was within.
