The reps program,
-
So far I should say it's a good program
-
It's more like a family for me
-
Well, there's so many things that
-
the program empower me to do
-
Empowers to the term that
-
it allows you exposure to
-
a large number of people
-
throughout the world.
-
It empowers me in a number of ways
-
empower with the resources to
-
for example, carry on Mozilla events
-
in my community
-
One event that we had in Seville
-
that it was like 3000 people
-
We have Mitchell Baker,
-
the President of Mozilla attending
-
so it was a good event
-
that it wasn't be possible,
-
or it would be more complicated to do
-
without the Reps Program.
-
We have so many awesome Reps,
-
and everyone is...
-
Everyone have their own
particular field of interest
-
Finding yourself in the middle of
-
a bunch of people
-
who are excited by the same things
-
that drive you and that particular mission,
-
is probably the biggest factor
that empowers you.
-
You know being able to
-
have responsibility and respect
-
and be valued
-
and be able to feel like equal part of Mozilla
-
I've learned a lot of things
-
My interpersonal skills have grown
-
since I have join the Reps Program
-
my confidence has grown.
-
Secondly, I used to think about
how could I help the world out
-
Now I can actually helping the world
-
through the Reps Program
and Mozilla Initiative
-
Because I think we are making a difference
-
And Mozilla and the Reps together
-
they are enabling us to make a difference.
-
And I'm very happy about it
