-
And here come the Shadoks!
-
It was a very very VERY long time ago
-
In those times, there was the sky
-
to the right of the sky, there was
the Geebee planet
-
It was completely flat,
-
and it leaned, this way and that.
-
To the left of the sky, there was
the Shadok planet.
-
It had no particular shape.
Or rather, it...
-
changed.
-
In the middle of the sky,
there was Earth,
-
which was round, and moved.
-
On Earth, there didn't seem to be anything
-
On the Geebee Planet, there were animals,
the Geebee,
-
Here's a Geebee,
seen from up close.
-
Here's another.
-
And when there were too many Geebees
one one side...
-
The planet leaned
-
Geebee slid
-
And some fell!
-
It was very cumbersome.
-
Especially for the Geebee
-
On the Shadok planet, there were Shadoks,
of two kinds:
-
Shadoks with feet below them,
who lived on top of the planet,
-
and Shadoks with feet on top of them,
who lived on the other side,
-
and who held the planet from below.
-
Since the Shadok planet changed shapes,
some Shadoks would fall, and it was cumbersome.
-
Especially for the Shadoks.
-
After a certain time, both Shadoks and
Geebees were tired of staying
-
on planets that didn't really work,
so they both decided to go to Earth,
-
which looked like a planet that worked.
-
That's all for today!
-
And here are the Shadoks!
-
The Shadoks and the Geebees
-
who live on different planets,
have decided to go on Earth.
-
But it wasn't as simple as that.
-
Shadoks looked like birds
-
They had a beak, and legs
-
But their wings were ridiculously
tiny
-
In the beginning, Shadoks laid
ordinary eggs,
-
but since they had such long legs
those eggs would
-
break
-
[disgruntled Shadok crying]
-
Now, Shadoks lay iron eggs.
-
[metal egg banging on floor]
-
There's two kinds:
-
Eggs with feet below them,
-
[egg walking noises]
-
and eggs with feet on top of them!
-
Those eggs are sent to the other side of the planet.
-
Shadoks are exceedingly nasty.
-
[Shadok noises]
-
Every time they try to go on Earth
with their tiny wings,
-
it obviously fails.
-
That's all for today!
