    we have have some fear,

    we have some problem with our body,

    with our mind
  • Not Synced
    and we can practice according to
  • Not Synced
    the teaching of the Buddha
  • Not Synced
    and get some relief
  • Not Synced
    and maybe in a few days,
  • Not Synced
    in a few weeks we can get some relief,
  • Not Synced
    we can restore the balance
  • Not Synced
    and you are capable of continue our life.
  • Not Synced
    Although the suffering are still there
  • Not Synced
    but not too much
  • Not Synced
    Not many of us want to seek
    the greatest relief
  • Not Synced
    so that we can have a total liberation
  • Not Synced
    from fear,
  • Not Synced
    from craving,
  • Not Synced
    from our worries.
  • Not Synced
    We are seeking enough relief so
  • Not Synced
    that we can go out
  • Not Synced
    We can bear that amount of suffering to
  • Not Synced
    continue on our path to survive
  • Not Synced
    but the purpose of the Buddhist practice
  • Not Synced
    is more than that
  • Not Synced
    not only to survive
    but to liberate yourself
  • Not Synced
    and the only way
    is to go deeper into the nature
  • Not Synced
    of you, of yourself
  • Not Synced
    because we are capable of knowing
  • Not Synced
    that this body is not us.
  • Not Synced
    We don't identify ourself with that body
  • Not Synced
    that is why the way we carry that body
  • Not Synced
    is very light
  • Not Synced
    because there is the wisdom
  • Not Synced
    of non-attachment to the body
  • Not Synced
    if you can look upon your body
  • Not Synced
    not like a self
  • Not Synced
    and then you can also look upon your feelings
  • Not Synced
    not as the self
  • Not Synced
    If you have feeling
  • Not Synced
    and then you have to carry
    the burden of your feeling
  • Not Synced
    just like your body
  • Not Synced
    and as a human being
  • Not Synced
    you cannot avoid having feelings
  • Not Synced
    because you have perception
    you've got feeling
  • Not Synced
    and sometime we are not capable
  • Not Synced
    of holding your feeling
  • Not Synced
    your feeling is so painful
  • Not Synced
    that you attempted to destroy your body
  • Not Synced
    in order for that feeling to disappear
  • Not Synced
    but there are those of us
    who can handle our feeling
  • Not Synced
    we are not caught by our feeling
  • Not Synced
    we do not identify ourself
    with that feeling
  • Not Synced
    and therefore we are free
    from our feelings
  • Not Synced
    and we know
    how to take care of our feelings
  • Not Synced
    so that we don't have to suffer much
  • Not Synced
    we know how to get rid of our fear,
  • Not Synced
    our anger,
  • Not Synced
    our tension,
  • Not Synced
    that is why our feelings
  • Not Synced
    are no longer heavy
  • Not Synced
    like the way they used to be
  • Not Synced
    it's like an an onion
  • Not Synced
    when you remove a layer of the onion
  • Not Synced
    we see nothing in it
  • Not Synced
    but when the boddisattva is looking deeply
  • Not Synced
    into the nature of form and feeling
  • Not Synced
    they find that
    there is no substantial nature,
  • Not Synced
    there's no self nature within the body,
  • Not Synced
    and the feeling
  • Not Synced
    and that is why
  • Not Synced
    they are free
