トーマステストで股関節の屈曲拘縮を評価します。

患者の片方の膝を胸に近づけ股関節を完全に屈曲させ 、
腰椎を平らにします。

もし反対側の膝が曲がり、
脚が診察台から浮き上がれば検査は陽性です。
