Welcome to Bugzilla for humans

We're gonna take about the next fifteen minutes and walk through the basics of navigating Bugzilla.

I'm assuming that you don't have very much background here

But even so I'm going to go through things a little bit quickly, so

it's a video, if you need to, feel free to watch it more than once.

Nobody wants to use Bugzilla.

It's very complicated and daunting, and seems fill with information that no human is meant to understand.

Those full of very terrible human beings

But turns out Bugzilla is also one of the strongest tools we have.

It scales to hundreds of thousands of bugs. we tried other bug trackers, but uh.. we haven't seen a lot of [...lessing...] to load that we put on it.

It can be molded to suit a variety of purposes to open source we have people in community who understand how to manipulate.

And it's the devil we know, moving something else right now be really hard.

We've learned to how to work with, and the point of this video is help you work with,too.
