-
0:00 - 0:04I don´t have a rich father
-
0:04 - 0:07no from well educate
-
0:07 - 0:09I said, I tried three times
for university, -
0:09 - 0:10all failed.
-
0:10 - 0:14For the last time
I went to teachers college -
0:14 - 0:20which was considered the third
or fourth class of my city, -
0:20 - 0:23but I think that is the
best university I have ever had -
0:23 - 0:26Better than Harvard and Wharton
-
0:26 - 0:28I applied for Harvard for ten times
-
0:28 - 0:31all failed they don´t want
see me. Terrible. -
0:33 - 0:37And I think that is the
normal life -
0:37 - 0:38it was so difficult
at the time. -
0:39 - 0:41I was so frustrated
-
0:41 - 0:43because I taught
in the university -
0:43 - 0:46my pay was ten dollars
a month. -
0:46 - 0:49It was not easy, but I
believed that something -
0:49 - 0:51is waiting for me there
-
0:52 - 0:54and I have to work hard
-
0:54 - 0:55to prove myself,
-
0:55 - 0:58That was a tough experience.
-
0:58 - 1:00And I never thought
I was smart, -
1:00 - 1:02nobody believed that
I could be successful -
1:02 - 1:05Because everybody says,
this guy thinks differently -
1:05 - 1:06think crazily
you know. -
1:06 - 1:08think about something
that will never work. -
1:08 - 1:09Nobody agree with
-
1:09 - 1:11As I said, "I believe it"
-
1:11 - 1:14because I saw the computer
in 1994 when I went to USA -
1:14 - 1:17I think this thing could be big,
-
1:17 - 1:21I never thought it would be
that big like today. -
1:21 - 1:23Honestly, people say you are smart,
-
1:23 - 1:25you have a big vision.
-
1:25 - 1:27I am lukcy to know lot of
famous people, -
1:27 - 1:30Bill Gates, Warren Buffet,
-
1:30 - 1:33Jack Welch, Larry Page
Mark Zuckerberg. -
1:33 - 1:35I would like to share with you,
-
1:35 - 1:38the difference between those people
and other people -
1:38 - 1:41they are always optimistic for
the future, -
1:41 - 1:45they never complain
-
1:45 - 1:49they always try to solve
problems of the others. -
1:49 - 1:52And I think where is the
opportunity? -
1:52 - 1:56the opportunity always
lies in the place -
1:56 - 1:58where people complain.
-
1:58 - 2:01Some people sit there an complain,
-
2:01 - 2:03you think if I can solve
that complain -
2:03 - 2:06that is the opportunity.
-
2:06 - 2:07Because when everybody agrees,
-
2:07 - 2:10Why this opportunity
should be yours? -
2:10 - 2:12Because lot of people
don´t agree with it -
2:12 - 2:13and you think
this is good. -
2:13 - 2:15Think carefully and find a
a group of people -
2:15 - 2:17work it together,
-
2:17 - 2:21making sure that the people
working with you together -
2:21 - 2:22believe the dreams.
-
2:22 - 2:25Whether investors believe
this or not, -
2:25 - 2:27whether your friends
believe it or not, -
2:27 - 2:29whether your parents
believe it or not. -
2:29 - 2:30That´s not important.
-
2:30 - 2:31You believe it,
-
2:31 - 2:32your team believe it
-
2:32 - 2:34and work day and night on this.
-
2:35 - 2:37That´s when the things happens
-
2:37 - 2:39everybody is the same.
-
2:39 - 2:43Becase, we´re start from the same line
-
2:43 - 2:47the best, the best assets
you have is that -
2:47 - 2:49you are young
-
2:49 - 2:51don´t complain,
-
2:51 - 2:53let the other people complain
-
2:53 - 2:55those people complain
-
2:55 - 2:56those people who fail.
-
2:56 - 3:00Think about how you can make things
different, -
3:00 - 3:02use your own brain to think.
-
3:02 - 3:05Is there an opportunity inside?
-
3:05 - 3:07Is there anything I can do make
the difference? -
3:07 - 3:10Think about this
-
3:10 - 3:12and then when you think about this
-
3:12 - 3:13start to do it.
-
3:13 - 3:14I saw lot of people, young people
-
3:14 - 3:17have a fantastic ideas every evening
-
3:17 - 3:19but In the morning they go to the office
same again. -
3:19 - 3:21Make the move,
-
3:21 - 3:22make the action.
-
3:22 - 3:24To everybody to any person
-
3:25 - 3:27Tomorrow is new.
-
3:27 - 3:29You have to work very hard,
-
3:29 - 3:32either work for the others
-
3:32 - 3:33or work for yourself.
-
3:33 - 3:35And I choose the way
-
3:35 - 3:36to work for myself
-
3:36 - 3:38but working for myself
-
3:38 - 3:40that means working for the society,
-
3:40 - 3:42If you really want to work for yourself
-
3:42 - 3:44think about the others.
-
3:44 - 3:45Making sure you help others
-
3:45 - 3:49because, only when the other people
are successfull -
3:49 - 3:51when the other people are happy
-
3:51 - 3:53you will be successful,
-
3:53 - 3:57you will be happy.
