Surgical options for myoma

Once surgical treatment is indicated for a woman

with myoma,, there are different options of surgical management

depending on the size, fertility status of the woman, the age and the X of the woman

the common surgical procedures are myomectomy

in which myoma is going to be removed,

and hysterectomy, which the uterus totally with the myoma is going to be removed

currently, there are recent or new techniques of treatment of the myoma

which are more conservative in treating the myoma

like X of the myoma

intrtaarterial embolization

MRI guided thermal ablation

x ablation

and the resection of the myoma

and x scopic of the myoma are x techniques

In this video, we are going to explain the most common type of procedure here in Africa which is myomectomy
