sacroiliac, or pelvic dysfunction. -
0:08 - 0:12The examiner stands behind the patient and
places hands on the iliac crests with thumbs -
0:12 - 0:16over the inferior notch of the posterior superior
iliac spine. -
0:16 - 0:18The patient slowly flexes forward.

0:18 - 0:24If the posterior superior iliac spine moves
more cephalad on one side, the test is positive, -
0:24 - 0:25indicating dysfunction.
