2:13 - 2:17Straightening my back, open my chest.

2:20 - 2:22Relax my arm.

2:22 - 2:27Don't need to hold on to anything.

2:27 - 2:31We run all day.

2:31 - 2:35Now our body is still.

2:35 - 2:40How wonderful, just to sit still.

2:41 - 2:45Not having to do anything.
-
2:45 - 2:49Nowhere to go.

2:50 - 2:53I relax my body.

2:54 - 2:57Any place in tension -

2:57 - 2:59my neck, my shoulder,

2:59 - 3:01let it go.

3:01 - 3:06The force of gravity pull our muscles.

3:06 - 3:12With each breath, I let go. Be with my body.

3:12 - 3:17In - aware of my body. Sitting still.

3:17 - 3:21Out - relaxing the body.

5:06 - 5:14Breathing in, become aware of my feelings,

5:14 - 5:17my emotions,

5:17 - 5:22releasing stress, some tension,

5:23 - 5:26some anger, resentment.

5:26 - 5:30I recognize my feelings.

5:31 - 5:34It's OK.

5:34 - 5:39Breathing out, I relax my feelings.

5:41 - 5:45It's just an emotion, just a feeling.

5:45 - 5:48I may be feeling peaceful, calm.

5:51 - 5:55Feeling silent.

5:56 - 6:01Like a clear lake

6:01 - 6:03that's reflecting the emotion

6:03 - 6:05just as it is.

6:08 - 6:13No need to act, to say, to think anything.

6:14 - 6:18Aware of my feelings, I breathe in.

6:22 - 6:26Letting the emotion just be there.

6:28 - 6:29And breathe out.

8:15 - 8:22Breathing in, I'm aware that I'm alive.

8:22 - 8:27My body is warm.

8:27 - 8:37I can feel alive,
breathing, feeling my body. -
8:37 - 8:42How wonderful just to be alive.

8:43 - 8:47To be able to breathe.

8:48 - 8:53To have health, my health, good enough.

8:54 - 8:58I'm able to sit, I can walk.

9:00 - 9:05One day I will get sick,
not be able to walk. -
9:07 - 9:11Now I'm alive and healthy enough

9:14 - 9:20Just simply being alive,
I'm already grateful. -
9:23 - 9:29Breathing in, I'm alive.

9:30 - 9:35Breathing out, I smile to life.
