說是國際局，還有一個說是安全部辦公室的
One was from the International Bureau and another one was from the Office of the Ministry.

那麼這四個人來到了我家
These 4 people came to my place.

那麼在我家這段錄音很多人以為都是我錄的
Many people think that I recorded the conversation.

但是我今天負責任的說，這絕對不是我錄的
But I am telling you that it’s not done by me.

我錄也是合法的，因為只要我在場，我就是合法的
Even if I did it, I would only do it in a legal way.

但絕對不是我錄的
However, I didn’t record it.

The central leaders ordered him to meet me in London and New York.

結果沒好，但不是他所左右的
But he could do nothing about it.

那是整個背後的控制集團所造成的，他是想把事解決好
That’s because someone’s pulling the strings behind the scene. Liu just wanted to get the job done.

Some even 8 times.

都是靠貸款，貸款沒有腐敗是不可能的
When there is loan, there is corruption.

這麼大的貸款，不正常貸款
The large amount of loan was not granted properly.

那就真正的騙貸和假貸，那是關係貸款
There might be fake loans and loans granted on relationship.

郭文貴的資產，他說1200億我不認可

當我的法人不同意被罰的時候，現在被關進了監獄
When my legal person refused to be fined, they put him in jail.

這就是河南
And this is Henan.

我奉勸所有的天下人，任何人都不要去河南投資
I urge you all, don’t invest in Henan.

我用將近27年的經歷
