    And helped us survive, instead of straying, and starving.

    Now you're in the modern era.

    And you're still agreeing, to every request

    asked of you.

    While it's human nature to avoid conflict.

    I encourage you to be so invested in your visions,

    and so exceedingly committed to your dreams.

    that you are great at saying NO.

    Say no to anything that doesn't advance

    the project that you know, will express your greatness.

    Leadership isn't a popularity contest,

    You must not be so accessible.

    As a leader you must always be available but not accessible.

    I believe I'm one of the most available CEOs you've ever worked with.

    I'm here for you!

    And while I love everyone on our team,

    I can only spend time with those who most deserve my time.

    You need to do the same.

    Many of the top leaders I know, are focused,

    on the work that they know,

    will make the most difference for others.

    The Third Task Mastery Tactic

    is, you must learn to plan beautiful weeks

    Everyone knows that the things you shedule,

    are the things you'll get done.

    Simple insight, yes. It's game-changing,

    when you live it, every week.

    So every Sunday, said time to build out your ideal week ahead.

    Be sure to add your time to get in front

    of new prospects,

    work out blocks, and your family meals

    and date nights.

    Write in your creative segments, and record your times

    for leadership team meetings.

    Get each of your key pursuits, into your weekly plan.

    The Fourth Task Mastery Tactic is,

    you must let go of all toxic

    and negative influences.

    Look you can own your craft, and change the world.

    You can continue live a beautiful lifestyle.

    Or you can hang out with dream stealers

    and those who drain your soul.

    You just can't do both.

    The reality is not everyone is meant to travel with you

    on the cruise called life,

    People who don't support you,

    is you must get healthy.

    It should be no surprise that I make the connection

    between your peak health,

    and epic performance.

    The more great health you have, the better your brain will perform a

    and the more energy and stamina

    Do try all the suggestions I made in my SOS book.

    For example, number one intermittent fasting.

    Number two, intermittent sleeping on the floor.

    More importantly sleeping really, really well.

    Number three cut out all processed food.

    Number four, drink more water.

    Especially when you get up in the morning,

    take lots of walks in nature.
