I've got a 6 ft. pan, a stove I built
and I boil the sap until it,

comes down, with certain consistency.

I take it off, at about
216 degrees Fahrenheit,

and then you got to be
careful because, it's between...

It varies with the elevation. I'm almost a
thousand feet above sea level here.

So, that would drop the boiling point

Things can get sticky when
the pressure drops, too.

If you get low pressure system, err,
the boiling point's lower.

after 20 years.

But, it's just boiled down and I st...,
I filter it, err, twice,

and then I finish it off and I run it
through another set of filters.
