  • 4:27 - 4:30
    Welcome!
  • 4:30 - 4:32
    What are you doing here?
  • 4:32 - 4:35
I am the person whom you would meet.
  • 4:42 - 4:44
    Now...
  • 4:45 - 4:51
If you don't tell me the truth, I will your blow your brains out.
  • 4:51 - 4:54
    Do it!
  • 4:54 - 4:56
    Go ahead, do it!
  • 4:56 - 5:00
    Go ahead, DO IT!
  • 5:00 - 5:03
  • 5:06 - 5:10
Ms. Lawyer came in the morning and asked my sister,
    and I told her.
  • 5:10 - 5:15
When she wanted to see it with her own eyes
I took her to my sister's grave.
  • 5:15 - 5:17
And you saw it, too. You were there.
  • 5:17 - 5:19
My sister passed away 11 years ago.
  • 5:19 - 5:22
    My condolences.
  • 5:29 - 5:31
    Well...
  • 5:31 - 5:35
    It's your turn.
Why were you looking for my sister?
  • 5:38 - 5:41
Do you know who I am?
  • 5:41 - 5:44
I think you are Ms. Lawyer's client
    whom she mentioned.
  • 5:44 - 5:49
You were wrongfully imprisoned for all those years.
    Sorry to hear what happened.
  • 5:49 - 5:53
Do you know why I was in prison for 11 years?
  • 5:53 - 5:58
Beside all those fake evidences, even more than that...
  • 5:58 - 6:00
    Because of your sister's witnessing.
  • 6:00 - 6:04
    Hold your horses!
  • 6:04 - 6:07
My sister didn't give any testimony.
  • 6:07 - 6:11
    The false witness claiming that
I shot the man was a little child.
  • 6:11 - 6:14
And her name is Vildan Saner.
  • 6:14 - 6:17
How did you come up with it?
    Who told you?
  • 6:17 - 6:21
Ms. Lawyer, you're welcome to answer his question.
  • 6:21 - 6:24
How did you find out about the identity of the witness?
  • 6:25 - 6:27
    Someone called me...
  • 6:27 - 6:30
Someone who didn't want to give his/her name
    shared this information.
  • 6:30 - 6:33
    Of course, it's always possible
    to be skeptical about it.
  • 6:33 - 6:35
    - I just to wanted be sure.
    -It's a lie!
  • 6:35 - 6:37
    A slander against her!
  • 6:37 - 6:39
Who and why would someone slander your sister?
  • 6:39 - 6:41
It's easy to wrong a poor child!
  • 6:41 - 6:44
They don't leave her alone even in her grave!
  • 6:44 - 6:46
    It's a shame! It's a sin!
  • 6:46 - 6:48
Why is it your sister but not someone else?
  • 6:48 - 6:52
How should I know? Go ask to whoever blurted this out!
  • 6:52 - 6:54
In fact, I wish to confront him/her.
  • 6:54 - 7:00
Of course, we don't claim such a thing.
We are just following up a hearsay information.
  • 7:01 - 7:03
I've questions that I am searching for answers.
  • 7:03 - 7:06
You're searching for them at the wrong place, brother.
  • 7:06 - 7:09
    I don't have those answers.
  • 7:11 - 7:15
My sister, let alone to testify as a witness, ...
  • 7:15 - 7:17
... she wasn't able to move her arm.
  • 7:17 - 7:21
She went from one hospital after another.
    She didn't live long anyways.
  • 7:22 - 7:26
She closed her eyes one week after the incident.
  • 7:33 - 7:38
Haven't I told you to keep your eyes open and
not to leave her alone even for a minute?
  • 7:38 - 7:41
    How couldn't you see her?
  • 7:42 - 7:43
    I had fallen asleep.
  • 7:43 - 7:47
    Then you won't sleep Fahri.
I 've entrusted Beril to you
  • 7:47 - 7:51
You can't stop your woman and then you push me around.
  • 7:51 - 7:53
    What?
  • 8:03 - 8:05
    Beril!
  • 8:08 - 8:11
    Beril! Beril!
  • 8:11 - 8:14
    - What's going on?
Why don't you pick up your phone?
  • 8:14 - 8:18
    - I didn't hear it.
    - Beril...
  • 8:18 - 8:21
    - Where have you been?
    - Ender, please, I'm very tired.
  • 8:21 - 8:25
Where did you go early in the morning
    without letting anybody know?
  • 8:26 - 8:28
    I want to see Daghan.
  • 8:29 - 8:31
    Ok?
  • 8:44 - 8:46
    Dahgan!
  • 8:46 - 8:50
    Wait a minute! Slow down!
  • 8:51 - 8:54
I know you are mad at me
because I didn't tell you but...
  • 8:54 - 8:57
    Don't do this again!
  • 8:57 - 8:59
Don't you hide anything from me!
  • 8:59 - 9:04
    What's wrong with that?
I would try to get the lowdown on this
    meeting him ahead of time.
  • 9:04 - 9:07
What were you going to do when you did?
  • 9:07 - 9:10
Were you going to tell me?
  • 9:11 - 9:14
    I thought so, too.
  • 9:14 - 9:15
What was I supposed to do?
  • 9:15 - 9:20
To get all of us in trouble by telling you and
making you go after the man?
  • 9:20 - 9:22
By the way, how did you find out?
  • 9:22 - 9:24
You tell me first who called you.
  • 9:24 - 9:27
    I told you. I don't know.
    S/he didn't give her/his name.
  • 9:27 - 9:31
Was that person a man or a woman?
    Old? Young?
  • 9:31 - 9:34
Didn't you understand it from his/her voice?
  • 9:37 - 9:39
    You're lying, aren't you?
  • 9:39 - 9:43
    Nobody called you.
  • 9:50 - 9:53
You received this, too, didn't you?
  • 9:56 - 10:02
"If you want to find that false witness
    come to the following place:"
  • 10:04 - 10:06
    This...
  • 10:06 - 10:08
Did you see who brought this?
  • 10:08 - 10:14
    Someone had slipped it under my door;
I saw it when I was going out this morning.
  • 10:18 - 10:21
We can't accuse anyone by relying on an anonymous letter.
  • 10:21 - 10:26
Yes, but there's something just off about that man.
    He is hiding something.
  • 10:26 - 10:28
    Actually, he sounded very plausible.
  • 10:28 - 10:34
You should listen for what went unsaid
    rather than what was said.
  • 10:34 - 10:36
    What didn't he tell?
  • 10:36 - 10:38
Or rather, do you realize what he didn't ask?
  • 10:39 - 10:43
He didn't ask when. He didn't even ask once when it was.
  • 10:43 - 10:48
But he said his sister died after
a week later of the incident.
  • 10:48 - 10:51
    - So?
    - So...
  • 10:51 - 10:59
How likely is one to remember the exact day of an
incident that happened 11 years ago
and had nothing to do with him?
  • 10:59 - 11:02
This is very fresh news. Maybe, he read in a newspaper.
    Isn't that possible?
  • 11:02 - 11:06
How long do you keep news related to
someone you don't know in your mind?
  • 11:06 - 11:10
You just read and then move on.
    You don't memorize its date.
  • 11:19 - 11:23
Fine... Ok... Since you are worried about this...
  • 11:23 - 11:34
Give me some time to to find out who Yilmaz is
and if he is telling the truth.
  • 11:34 - 11:36
    There is no need.
  • 11:36 - 11:39
Stay out of this. I will handle it.
  • 11:41 - 11:44
    Daghan! Where are you going?
  • 12:02 - 12:07
Go to my house. I will be there, too.
    We'll talk.
  • 12:10 - 12:14
Why do you behave like this Beril?
  • 12:14 - 12:16
    Do you enjoy upsetting me?
  • 12:23 - 12:26
What did I do to you to deserve this?
  • 12:27 - 12:31
This has nothing to do with you.
  • 12:31 - 12:33
    - I had to go.
    - You had to go?
  • 12:33 - 12:36
    Why?
  • 12:36 - 12:40
Because I owed him an apology.
  • 12:51 - 12:55
Actually, I think you owe me an apology...
  • 12:55 - 12:58
    .. for visiting that man...
  • 12:58 - 13:02
    ...for forgetting that you have
    a husband worried about you.
  • 13:02 - 13:05
    You must apologize to me.
  • 13:06 - 13:09
    Fine.
  • 13:09 - 13:12
    I am sorry.
  • 13:12 - 13:17
I was beside you during your most
difficult times for all those years; not him.
  • 13:17 - 13:20
    How could he be?
  • 13:21 - 13:24
He was serving a sentence for a crime
    he didn't commit.
  • 13:24 - 13:29
I didn't belive him either. I left him.
  • 13:29 - 13:33
So, do you regret it now? Hm?
  • 13:33 - 13:36
Regret isn't even close to how I feel.
  • 14:06 - 14:09
    Maybe...
  • 14:10 - 14:14
You had a reason not to believe him.
Have you ever thought about that?
  • 14:14 - 14:20
    Yes, there were many reasons.
Yet, I should have believed him.
  • 14:26 - 14:30
If you loved him, you would believe him.
  • 14:32 - 14:36
    If you really loved him,
you wouldn't give up on him.
  • 14:36 - 14:42
You wouldn't get rid of everything related to him
    and marry me.
  • 14:42 - 14:44
    You never loved him Beril.
  • 14:44 - 14:49
You used that relationship to go
    against your father. That's all.
  • 14:49 - 14:54
    Therefore, stop fooling yourself Beril.
  • 15:01 - 15:03
    Sister...
  • 15:08 - 15:13
I think you should discuss your private matters in your room.
  • 15:16 - 15:18
Do you want your employees to gossip about you?
  • 15:18 - 15:20
    When did you come?
  • 15:20 - 15:22
    This morning.
  • 15:22 - 15:26
I was going to surprise you but I regret it now.
  • 15:26 - 15:30
You have upset me as soon as I arrived.
  • 15:33 - 15:35
Aren't you going to say "welcome?"
  • 15:35 - 15:38
    - Welcome.
    - Welcome ?ahika.
  • 15:38 - 15:41
Sorry, I am not myself these days.
  • 15:41 - 15:44
I know sweety. I heard about it.
  • 15:45 - 15:46
    What did you hear?
  • 15:46 - 15:49
That the killer of Uncle Sezai was someone else.
  • 15:50 - 15:54
I had never believed that Daghan killed him.
  • 16:23 - 16:25
    Istanbul Police Department
  • 16:59 - 17:00
    Ridvan Ertugrul
    Chief Inspector
  • 17:03 - 17:05
    What's going on?
  • 17:05 - 17:08
How dare you barge into my office like this?
  • 17:08 - 17:10
    - I have a couple of questions.
    - Questions?
  • 17:10 - 17:12
    You? To me?
  • 17:12 - 17:16
I guess you are confused about our roles. Mahmut!
  • 17:16 - 17:18
    - Yes, sir!
    - Are you asleep at the switch, man?
  • 17:18 - 17:20
    Get him out of here!
  • 17:20 - 17:24
I found out who the secret witness was
    although you've concealed the documents.
  • 17:29 - 17:31
    Ok, Mahmut. You can leave.
  • 17:31 - 17:33
    Close the door after you.
  • 17:38 - 17:40
    What are you talking about?
  • 17:50 - 17:53
(Sarcastically) Do you want tea as well?
  • 17:54 - 17:58
The name of the false witness is Vildan Saner.
  • 17:58 - 18:00
She was a kid back then.
  • 18:00 - 18:03
And she died in the same year.
  • 18:03 - 18:06
And she had a brother; Yilmaz Saner.
  • 18:06 - 18:09
He is still in Istanbul and runs a coffee house.
  • 18:09 - 18:13
    - How did you find out about these?
    - So, it is true.
  • 18:14 - 18:19
    - The witness' name was Vildan Saner.
    - I didn't say that.
    - The things you didn't say are more important.
  • 18:20 - 18:26
Did you make the girl say those things?
  • 18:26 - 18:30
    - Or someone else made her say those things
    and you bought them.
    - What are you talking about, man?!
  • 18:30 - 18:36
If you're an honest cop and not involved in this,
you'll investigate what I told you
    and make Yilmaz Saner talk.
  • 18:36 - 18:40
Are you trying to teach me my job?
Who do you think you are?
  • 18:40 - 18:42
    Look...
  • 18:42 - 18:48
Tread lightly. I can still arrest you.
    The investigation still continues.
  • 18:48 - 18:50
You are still a suspect in my eyes.
  • 18:50 - 18:53
    Read the law.
Nobody can be put on trial twice for the same crime.
  • 18:53 - 18:56
A closed criminal case can't be reopened.
    But, this one was.
  • 18:56 - 18:59
You wouldn't be able to get out of prison
until you die but you did.
  • 18:59 - 19:02
You can still go back to prison with just one evidence.
  • 19:03 - 19:08
    - Everything can happen in this country, my man...
    - Are you threatening me?
  • 19:08 - 19:10
What kind of person are you?
  • 19:19 - 19:24
The worst part is the real killer has been free for all this time.
  • 19:24 - 19:28
Maybe it is someone you know,
    someone around you, hm?
  • 19:28 - 19:31
I get the shivers when I thik about it.
  • 19:31 - 19:35
Then, don't think about it, sister. Hm?
  • 19:38 - 19:41
I hope they investigate thoroughly this time.
  • 19:41 - 19:45
    - I hope they don't accuse the first person they find
    - Can we close this subject?
  • 19:45 - 19:47
That's the best thing we do anyways.
  • 19:47 - 19:49
To close the subject, to turn a blind eye...
  • 19:49 - 19:52
To sweep the truth under the carpet...
  • 19:55 - 19:57
    I am sorry.
  • 19:57 - 19:59
I know how difficult this is for you.
  • 19:59 - 20:02
I can assure you I can guess.
  • 20:02 - 20:05
But, Beril, you have to be very strong.
  • 20:05 - 20:09
    You haven't changed a bit.
You have honey dripping from your mouth(!)
  • 20:12 - 20:15
Well, how long are you going to stay in Istanbul?
  • 20:15 - 20:19
    Forever. I returned home permanently.
  • 20:22 - 20:26
At least pretend as if you are happy as a matter of courtesy.
    Shame on you!
  • 20:26 - 20:31
Your mother hasn't taught you any manners.
  • 20:31 - 20:33
    - I am very happy.
    - Give me a break!
  • 20:33 - 20:37
Are you afraid that I will be your opponent in the company?
  • 20:37 - 20:40
    - It is not possible.
    - True.
  • 20:40 - 20:46
After living abroad for a long time, one tends to forget that
one's education or success doesn't matter here.
  • 20:46 - 20:49
You have no chance here if you are not a man, right?
  • 20:49 - 20:52
I'd love to continue this beautiful conversation.
  • 20:52 - 20:54
But, I have things to do. Excuse me.
  • 20:54 - 20:57
Invite our folks to dinner tonight.
  • 20:57 - 21:00
Don't tell them I am here.
    I want to surprise them.
  • 21:00 - 21:04
Especially, I want to see you mother's reaction...
  • 21:12 - 21:16
My son will never forgive me.
  • 21:27 - 21:29
After all, I am his mother.
  • 21:29 - 21:32
One day, he'll understand this, he'll see it.
  • 21:32 - 21:34
    Everybody can make mistakes.
  • 21:34 - 21:38
But if it wasn't my fault, Ender wouldn't be in this world.
  • 21:38 - 21:40
Can you label your son as "a mistake"?
  • 21:40 - 21:43
I'm glad that I gave birth to him.
  • 21:43 - 21:46
He can be mad at me all he wants.
  • 21:46 - 21:49
Sorry, I thought I turned this off.
  • 21:55 - 21:58
Hello, Ender? I'm surprised I got a call from you.
  • 21:58 - 22:00
    ?ahika is here.
  • 22:00 - 22:03
    - Why on earth?
    - What do you think!
  • 22:03 - 22:07
Is it a coincidence that she came here after Daghan's release?
  • 22:07 - 22:08
    You're right.
  • 22:08 - 22:10
    It can't be a coincidence.
  • 22:10 - 22:14
?ahika seemed to be suspecting you even before she left.
  • 22:14 - 22:16
She can suspect you all she wants.
  • 22:16 - 22:20
    - You don't have anything to be afraid of, right son?
    - It is not that!
  • 22:20 - 22:22
What's it got to do with it?
  • 22:22 - 22:26
I just don't like to have a woman implying
    far-fetched things around me.
  • 22:26 - 22:29
    You know how Sahika is.
    She doesn't choose her words.
  • 22:29 - 22:31
I don't want her to confuse my father.
  • 22:31 - 22:34
Don't worry. It's not gonna happen.
    I won't allow it.
  • 22:34 - 22:38
Sahika will go as she has come. Leave it to me.
  • 22:38 - 22:40
How are you going to do that?
  • 22:40 - 22:45
I will find a way. I know how to send
her back. I did that before.
  • 22:45 - 22:47
    Sure... Sure...
  • 22:47 - 22:50
    I don't know why I'm asking you.
  • 22:55 - 22:58
    For a moment, I thought I wouldn't
be able to bite my tongue.
  • 22:58 - 23:03
I would tell him "So what if she did!
She told what she saw! Now fuck off!"
  • 23:03 - 23:04
    Brother! Don't!
  • 23:04 - 23:08
If they ever found out that the witness was your sister,
    you would be under suspicion.
  • 23:08 - 23:10
    I know that!
  • 23:10 - 23:12
    Look who's giving advice!
  • 23:12 - 23:14
    Yesterday's child!
  • 23:14 - 23:19
Am I that stupid? Why would I tell him such a thing?
  • 23:19 - 23:22
I did everything I could do to hide your identity.
  • 23:22 - 23:28
So, was removing those documents from
the archive one of those things, brother?
  • 23:28 - 23:32
I had no choice after you got Daghan out of prison.
  • 23:32 - 23:34
    How did you do it?
  • 23:34 - 23:39
    - Who did help you?
    - You ask too many questions.
    - Was it that chief inspector, what's his name, Ridvan?
  • 23:39 - 23:42
    Vildan, that's not the problem.
We have a bigger problem now.
  • 23:42 - 23:46
Your man is getting closer to us step by step.
  • 23:50 - 23:54
Thank God, Vildan is not alive.
    You are safe now.
  • 24:17 - 24:20
Nobody knows that you were cured.
  • 24:20 - 24:22
    Everybody thinks you're dead.
  • 24:31 - 24:34
From now on, your name is not Vildan.
  • 24:34 - 24:36
And I am not your brother.
  • 24:36 - 24:40
Look, we are going to play a new game.
  • 24:40 - 24:43
But this game is a little bit different.
  • 24:43 - 24:45
We'll keep playing this until we die.
  • 24:45 - 24:48
    - How?
    - Very simple.
  • 24:48 - 24:50
    Vildan is dead.
  • 24:50 - 24:52
    and buried here.
  • 24:52 - 24:55
From now on, your name is Selvi.
  • 24:58 - 25:00
This is your new identity card.
  • 25:00 - 25:02
    Selvi Nardan...
  • 25:02 - 25:05
    - Selvi Nardan.
    - Who's she?
  • 25:05 - 25:10
She is the owner of your new heart.
  • 25:10 - 25:14
What happened to her when she gave me her heart?
  • 25:15 - 25:18
    - Is she without a heart now?
    - No.
  • 25:18 - 25:21
She wasn't living. She died because of another ilness.
  • 25:21 - 25:23
But, her heart was in good condition.
  • 25:23 - 25:25
    So, you got her heart.
  • 25:25 - 25:29
    - Is she lying here right now?
    - Yes.
  • 25:29 - 25:35
She gave you not just your heart but also your life and your name.
  • 25:35 - 25:39
She became Vildan and went to other world.
  • 25:41 - 25:47
I wish I could thank her before she went.
  • 25:49 - 25:52
    Thank her now.
  • 25:52 - 25:57
Don't our parents hear you when you talk to them?
  • 25:57 - 25:59
    Selvi will hear you, too.
  • 26:14 - 26:18
    Thank you Selvi.
  • 26:20 - 26:25
    - Ok, come on. We have to go.
    - Where are we going?
  • 26:25 - 26:28
I will take you to a place for orphans.
  • 26:28 - 26:31
But, I am not an orphan.
  • 26:31 - 26:33
    - I have you!
    - Vildan!
  • 26:33 - 26:35
How many times should I tell you?
  • 26:35 - 26:36
    I am not your brother.
  • 26:36 - 26:38
    You are not Vildan.
  • 26:38 - 26:40
    And you have nobody.
  • 26:41 - 26:44
    Not real. Just pretend.
  • 26:44 - 26:46
    But, brother...
  • 26:46 - 26:50
    - I don't want to leave you!
    - We have no choice.
  • 26:51 - 26:54
    Why?
  • 26:55 - 26:58
    The other game we played...
  • 26:58 - 27:01
It was a dangerous game and now we have to protect you.
  • 27:01 - 27:04
If someone realizes that I am your brother,
    they may suspect me.
  • 27:04 - 27:06
    Brother, no...
  • 27:07 - 27:14
    Brother, please don't leave me.
  • 27:14 - 27:16
    Nothing will change.
  • 27:16 - 27:18
    I am still your brother.
  • 27:18 - 27:20
I will secretly come to see you.
  • 27:20 - 27:22
    I swear.
  • 27:22 - 27:26
You will study and make your brother proud.
  • 27:32 - 27:38
I would rather be in Selvi’s place than live through all these.
  • 27:38 - 27:42
    If I had another chance...
  • 27:44 - 27:46
If I knew it would cost me dear...
  • 27:46 - 27:49
    Vildan...
  • 27:49 - 27:53
Don't start, I beg you don't start again.
  • 27:54 - 28:00
How did this man find out this thing
which nobody had known for 11 years?
  • 28:00 - 28:02
Someone had left him an anonymous letter.
  • 28:02 - 28:04
    Who?
  • 28:04 - 28:07
    I don't know. I said "anonymous".
  • 28:12 - 28:16
Maybe someone found the destroyed documents.
  • 28:17 - 28:20
Or maybe that someone knew the secret
    witness from the beginning.
  • 28:24 - 28:27
Brother, it can't be someone you know, can it?
  • 28:34 - 28:36
    Can I help you?!
  • 28:36 - 28:38
    Who are you looking for?
  • 28:42 - 28:44
    Ms. Beril.
  • 28:44 - 28:46
    What's your name?
  • 28:46 - 28:50
    Daghan... Daghan Soysur.
  • 28:50 - 28:54
Sorry, Ms. Beril is not here.
  • 28:55 - 28:59
Hey, wait! Where are you going?
  • 29:17 - 29:20
    Daghan...
  • 29:34 - 29:36
    Welcome.
  • 29:37 - 29:40
    We need to talk.
  • 29:41 - 29:43
    Sure. Let's talk.
  • 29:45 - 29:47
    Come inside.
  • 30:02 - 30:05
There was someone else that day.
  • 30:05 - 30:08
The one who told us what to do.
I guess he was your army friend.
  • 30:08 - 30:11
    - Fahri.
    - Could he has done such a thing?
  • 30:14 - 30:16
I don't think so. Why would he?
  • 30:17 - 30:21
    Who else could it be?
  • 30:21 - 30:24
Don't worry about this. I handle it.
  • 30:24 - 30:27
    How will you do that?
  • 30:27 - 30:30
First I will sound Fahri out.
  • 30:30 - 30:33
    - Let's not wrong him without knowing.
    - Does he know me?
  • 30:33 - 30:40
Nobody know you as Vildan except the two of us.
How many times do I have to tell you this?
  • 30:40 - 30:44
    - Brother, are you sure?
    - Yes, I am sure.
  • 30:44 - 30:46
I am the one whose butt is on the line. Not you.
  • 30:46 - 30:50
Whoever wrote that note, s/he is obviously
trying to make Daghan go after me.
  • 30:50 - 30:53
    - Who can have a problem with you?
    - That's not important!
  • 30:53 - 30:54
    You attend to Daghan.
  • 30:54 - 30:56
Let me know if he starts chasing me.
  • 30:56 - 31:00
    - What are you going to do if he does that?
    - He will get his just deserts.
  • 31:02 - 31:03
    Brother...
  • 31:05 - 31:07
    Not like that.
  • 31:07 - 31:09
I will file complaint against him.
  • 31:09 - 31:12
    That's all I would do.
  • 31:16 - 31:18
Luckily, he is not sure yet.
  • 31:20 - 31:23
    Pray that he never will.
  • 31:34 - 31:36
    Have a seat.
  • 31:36 - 31:39
I am not here to sit.
  • 31:39 - 31:41
I'll ask you one thing and then leave.
  • 31:41 - 31:43
    Ask.
  • 31:43 - 31:47
Do you know someone named Yilmaz Saner?
  • 31:47 - 31:50
    - No.
    - Think hard.
  • 31:50 - 31:55
Can he be someone who bears a grudge against him?
  • 31:55 - 31:57
    I really don't know.
  • 31:57 - 32:00
This is the first time I hear this name.
    Who is he?
  • 32:00 - 32:07
He is the brother of that child ...
of that witness who pulled the rope.
  • 32:08 - 32:13
Do you still have your father's old documents?
  • 32:13 - 32:17
Evertything is in his study room.
  • 32:17 - 32:20
I've never been into that room since that day.
  • 32:20 - 32:22
Could you do it for me?
  • 32:23 - 32:27
    I do everything for you.
  • 32:42 - 32:50
    - Checking the documents will be enough.
If you see anything related to Yilmaz Saner...
    - I will let you know.
  • 32:52 - 32:53
    Daghan...
  • 33:19 - 33:21
    What are you after?
  • 33:22 - 33:24
    The truth...
  • 33:26 - 33:28
    The things I lost.
  • 33:30 - 33:34
    Whoever set me up...
  • 33:34 - 33:44
S/he is not only the killer of your father
but also the killer of our baby.
  • 33:44 - 33:50
I will not have peace until I find that witness
and people who did this to me.
  • 34:07 - 34:08
    How can it be?
  • 34:11 - 34:13
    How did he find out?
  • 34:14 - 34:16
    I don't know.
  • 34:16 - 34:19
    Somehow, he did.
  • 34:21 - 34:24
    - Did you deny it?
    - I did of course.
  • 34:24 - 34:27
I said "No such thing" and told him off.
  • 34:27 - 34:29
    Did he believe it?
  • 34:29 - 34:31
    What else he could do?
  • 34:31 - 34:33
    I threatened him.
  • 34:33 - 34:35
    Don't worry about it. Relax.
  • 34:35 - 34:37
    He can do nothing.
  • 34:37 - 34:42
Then we'll be guilty if he says that I didn't
  • 34:42 - 34:46
    I've another thing to say.
  • 34:46 - 34:48
    My son needs a car.
  • 34:48 - 34:51
And my wife insists on getting a summer house.
  • 34:51 - 34:54
I think she saw an ad.
  • 34:56 - 34:59
What is the salary of a chief inspector now?
  • 35:00 - 35:01
What's got to do with it?
  • 35:01 - 35:03
    I don't know... I mean
  • 35:03 - 35:07
For an officer like you who earns an honest living...
  • 35:07 - 35:12
You don't want to draw attention to yourself
    with your luxurious life style.
  • 35:12 - 35:15
So you think that they may ask how I afford this?
  • 35:15 - 35:17
    They may.
  • 35:17 - 35:22
If they did, they would have asked me so many times by now.
  • 35:22 - 35:24
    Don't worry, I'll be ok.
  • 35:25 - 35:31
I mean, if you're counting on me, don't.
  • 35:32 - 35:34
I can only afford this up to a point.
  • 35:34 - 35:38
You're not the only one that I help. There are other people.
  • 35:40 - 35:47
Some of them pay me back with money
others pay me back by protecting me.
  • 35:48 - 35:52
So, you think you have friends in high place.
  • 35:56 - 35:59
    If you say so.
  • 36:00 - 36:07
Well, is it possible that you may have told
something about our business to others?
  • 36:07 - 36:10
    You can't be serious.
  • 36:10 - 36:13
Do you think I am a child?
  • 36:13 - 36:17
Haven't you be able to understand my nature for 40 years?
  • 36:17 - 36:20
    Just relax.
  • 36:20 - 36:22
    Ok.
  • 36:22 - 36:25
    I am relaxed.
  • 37:03 - 37:06
    Who did kill you, dad?
  • 37:10 - 37:13
    Who did this to us?
  • 37:23 - 37:26
    - Mr. Ender
    - Yes.
  • 37:26 - 37:28
    Dahgan came here.
  • 37:28 - 37:32
He and Ms.Beril had a talk.
I wanted to let you know.
  • 37:32 - 37:34
    Why didn't you stop him?
Why did you take him in?
  • 37:34 - 37:38
He had barged into the house.
When Ms. Beril saw him... What could I do?
  • 37:38 - 37:41
    - Is he still there?
    - No, he just left.
  • 37:41 - 37:44
Fine. I'm almost there. We'll talk when I arrive.
  • 38:16 - 38:18
    Daghan.
  • 38:20 - 38:23
    Do you remember me?
  • 38:24 - 38:27
    Yes, I do.
  • 38:27 - 38:30
    Beril's childhood friend.
  • 38:30 - 38:34
    - Probably you don't know. How could you...
    - I know!
  • 38:34 - 38:37
    Beril had very hard times.
  • 38:37 - 38:39
    And you consoled her.
  • 38:39 - 38:42
    Something like that.
  • 38:42 - 38:44
    I wish you happiness.
  • 38:44 - 38:46
May it be over for you.
  • 38:46 - 38:49
    - There is nothing over yet.
    - Is this why you are here?
  • 38:49 - 38:56
I mean, it is not a coincidence that we meet each
other 700 m away from my house, is it?
  • 38:56 - 38:58
    I talked to Beril.
  • 38:58 - 39:00
    Oh, yeah? Why?
  • 39:05 - 39:08
    That's none of your business.
  • 39:08 - 39:10
    It is.
  • 39:10 - 39:14
    Because I'm her husband.
Everything about her is my business.
  • 39:15 - 39:18
Then, go and ask your wife.
  • 39:18 - 39:21
    - Daghan!
    - What?!
  • 39:21 - 39:24
I strongly recommend you to stay away from us.
  • 39:24 - 39:27
    Don't worry.
  • 39:50 - 39:54
    - Ayse?
    - Brother.
  • 39:54 - 39:58
    - Are our folks ok?
    - Yes, they are. Don't worry. I am not here for that.
  • 39:58 - 40:02
I wanted to see you and today is my day off.
  • 40:02 - 40:05
Mom baked these pastries for you all to eat.
  • 40:05 - 40:08
Osman, son, take that bag from the lady.
  • 40:08 - 40:12
Come on, hurry up! Bring us some tea.
  • 40:12 - 40:14
    Welcome!
  • 40:14 - 40:17
Your jerk brother woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.
  • 40:17 - 40:20
Man, why don't you welcome your sister!
  • 40:20 - 40:22
    Welcome!
  • 40:23 - 40:26
    This is my boss, Mehmet.
  • 40:26 - 40:30
    - And this is Osman.
    - Nice to meet you!
    - Me too.
  • 40:30 - 40:33
What are you still looking at?
    Come on, bring the tea!
  • 40:33 - 40:36
    - Ok, boss.
    - Move!
  • 40:37 - 40:40
    Unbelievable!
  • 40:40 - 40:44
Did he talk about you when he was inside!
You are the one who wrote those letters, right?
  • 40:44 - 40:48
Yes, it was me. I used to write my brother as If I was keeping a diary.
  • 40:48 - 40:51
I used to tell your brother "This one will be a writer!"
  • 40:51 - 40:54
Wasn't I telling you so, man?
  • 40:56 - 40:57
    You were, but...
  • 40:57 - 41:00
    So? Did you become one?
  • 41:03 - 41:05
I wasn't able to become anything...
  • 41:05 - 41:08
    - Are you cold?
    - Don't you see, she is shivering!
  • 41:08 - 41:12
You get inside and I will send the tea there.
  • 41:16 - 41:18
    Come in!
  • 41:20 - 41:22
    Look carefully!
  • 41:22 - 41:27
Don't skip anything when you give a report to Mrs. Sabiha.
  • 41:30 - 41:33
Are you going to stay here all the time?
  • 41:33 - 41:37
I wish you would return home, we already missed you!
  • 41:37 - 41:40
For the time being, it will be like this.
  • 41:42 - 41:46
Come, sit down. Don't get cold!
  • 41:50 - 41:52
    Ay?e...
  • 41:54 - 41:56
    if I stay at home...
  • 41:56 - 42:02
Every time I leave home early or stay out late
or frown, they will make a deal out of it.
  • 42:02 - 42:05
"Where were you? What did you do?
    What happened?"
  • 42:05 - 42:07
I don't want you to feel sad because of me any more.
  • 42:07 - 42:09
But this way we feel worse brother!
  • 42:09 - 42:13
    You should've seen mom;
    she's been crying a lot.
  • 42:13 - 42:16
    Tell mom not to worry.
  • 42:16 - 42:18
    I am fine like this.
  • 42:18 - 42:22
So, are we going to see you once in a long
time like we did in the past?
  • 42:22 - 42:22
    No!
  • 42:22 - 42:27
You will see me so often that you'll get sick of me!
You'll see, I'll be visiting you very often.
  • 42:27 - 42:29
We will never get sick of you!
  • 42:29 - 42:32
    Come brother!
  • 42:33 - 42:36
    - Thank you.
    - Thank you.
  • 42:36 - 42:43
    - Mrs. Sabiha did a swell job!
    - Enjoy it brother.
    - Thank you.
  • 42:50 - 42:54
    Beril came in the morning.
    She asked for you.
  • 42:54 - 42:56
    Did you see each other?
  • 43:01 - 43:04
    We did.
  • 43:06 - 43:08
    Are you mad at me?
  • 43:08 - 43:13
Well, when I saw her sad look, I told her.
  • 43:13 - 43:17
And I thought that you might want to see her.
  • 43:17 - 43:22
Afterall, you still love Beril, don't you?
  • 43:39 - 43:41
    Who was it, Halil?
  • 43:41 - 43:43
    The postman.
  • 43:45 - 43:48
It is from the prosecutor's office for Daghan.
  • 43:51 - 43:54
Open and read it, what do they say?
  • 43:58 - 44:00
    What does it say?
  • 44:00 - 44:03
They are calling Daghan to testify.
  • 44:03 - 44:05
    Why is that?
  • 44:05 - 44:10
    - My son was proven innocent, why are they still bothering him?
    - I am sure it is nothing important.
  • 44:10 - 44:17
And we will ask our lawyer.
She knows better what this is about. Ok?
  • 44:21 - 44:24
We have to find the person
    who sent Daghan the note.
  • 44:24 - 44:29
Do you think if Fahri might have blabbed something?
  • 44:29 - 44:31
    No, I don't think so.
  • 44:31 - 44:33
    - He can't be that stupid!
    - I don't know.
  • 44:33 - 44:36
He is very impudent these days.
  • 44:36 - 44:38
    He gets on my nerves.
  • 44:41 - 44:42
    Hold on...
  • 44:42 - 44:44
    We'll find out.
  • 44:50 - 44:53
    What's up, mate?
  • 44:54 - 44:59
What do you mean how come I am calling you?
Do you ever call me, you jerk?
  • 44:59 - 45:02
Ok man! I know! Tell you what...
  • 45:02 - 45:04
Tonight, ask your boss for some time off.
  • 45:04 - 45:08
I'll take you to a great place. Let's have a drink.
  • 45:08 - 45:10
    It's been a while.
  • 45:10 - 45:12
    He will. He will.
  • 45:13 - 45:17
    Come on.
  • 45:19 - 45:21
    You let Fahri off tonight.
  • 45:21 - 45:26
That jerk can't say no for "raki".
I'll let him drink and sound him out,
  • 45:54 - 45:56
    What's wrong, man?
  • 45:56 - 45:58
    Is this about a woman?
  • 45:58 - 46:00
Is it about that revenge thing? What?
  • 46:00 - 46:02
The brother of the false witness.
  • 46:02 - 46:06
Did you find out who that son of a bitch was?
  • 46:06 - 46:07
    I am not sure but...
  • 46:07 - 46:11
    - Most probably it's him.
    - Man,stop talking like a crossword puzzle!
  • 46:11 - 46:15
We can hardly take a word out of you.
    Explain it properly.
  • 46:15 - 46:17
    Brother,there is nothing to explain!
  • 46:17 - 46:20
    - The guy denies it. But I have become suspicious.
    - So?
  • 46:20 - 46:26
    - If he is the brother of the witness...
    - He could be the asshole who killed your girlfriend's father.
    - I don't know about that.
  • 46:26 - 46:29
In any case, he surely knows the killer.
  • 46:29 - 46:33
What are you waiting for, then?
Go find out whom this guy is talking to.
  • 46:33 - 46:37
If you found a clue, why don't you follow it up?
  • 46:37 - 46:42
Do you know how do tail someone?
  • 46:42 - 46:46
    - Whatever I saw in movies.
    - Ok. That's fine.
  • 46:46 - 46:48
    Keep your distance...
  • 46:48 - 46:50
    Don't be too obvious...
    That'll be enough, ok?
  • 46:51 - 46:53
    Here, my rustbucket's keys.
  • 46:53 - 46:55
    Beat it! Hurry up!
  • 47:13 - 47:16
    Daghan, hi. How are you?
  • 47:16 - 47:20
I wanted to talk to you about something...
  • 47:20 - 47:24
    - If you are available, I can come to your place.
    - I am not there right now. Don't go there.
  • 47:24 - 47:26
    Where are you?
  • 47:28 - 47:33
If it wasn't urgent, I wouldn't bother you
    But we must talk.
  • 47:33 - 47:35
If it is urgent tell me over the phone.
  • 47:38 - 47:41
I would rather talk to you face to face...
  • 47:41 - 47:44
    - Let's talk tomorrow,I am very busy...
    - Busy doing what?
  • 47:44 - 47:48
What are you up to again?
    If you do anything wrong...
  • 47:52 - 47:54
    I will show you!
  • 48:09 - 48:11
    What's up Bar???
  • 48:11 - 48:13
    I am fine too.
  • 48:13 - 48:16
I need your help, it's urgent.
  • 48:16 - 48:20
If I give you a phone number, can you find its location?
  • 48:27 - 48:28
    Beril...
  • 48:38 - 48:42
What gives? What are you doing here?
  • 48:42 - 48:44
    Nothing.
  • 48:44 - 48:46
I am sorting out my father's stuff.
  • 48:46 - 48:48
You haven't opened the door of this room for 11 years.
  • 48:48 - 48:50
    Why now?
  • 48:51 - 48:56
It means that it is time to do so.
  • 48:57 - 48:59
    Fine...
  • 48:59 - 49:04
My folks are about to come.
Do you want to get ready?
  • 49:07 - 49:10
    You are very beautiful!
  • 49:33 - 49:38
    What are you doing?
Are you trying to be a detective now?
  • 49:38 - 49:40
    How did you find me?
  • 49:40 - 49:43
    I have my own methods.
  • 49:45 - 49:47
Did you think you could get rid of me?
  • 49:47 - 49:50
Is it possible at all to get rid of you?
  • 49:51 - 49:53
Why are you spying on that man's shop?
  • 49:53 - 49:56
Didn't you say you wouldn't follow him?
  • 49:57 - 50:01
    Did I say I wouldn't follow him?
  • 50:03 - 50:04
    Daghan...
  • 50:04 - 50:08
Look. If Yilmaz Saner realizes you're watching
him, he can file a complaint against you.
  • 50:08 - 50:11
That Chief Inspecter is looking for an excuse anyway.
  • 50:11 - 50:14
And you're offering the man what he wants
    with your own hands!
  • 50:14 - 50:18
In order to file a complaint, he must first realize
    that he has been followed.
  • 50:19 - 50:21
    Why are you here?
  • 50:21 - 50:26
What was that urgent thing you couldn't tell on the phone?
  • 50:26 - 50:28
    Your father called.
  • 50:28 - 50:32
They received a notice from the prosecutor's office.
  • 50:34 - 50:38
    I told your father as well;
there is nothing to worry about
  • 50:38 - 50:44
They ask one to testify again even if he is slightly related to the case. It's entirely a matter of formality.
  • 50:44 - 50:47
    Everything is a formality anyway!
  • 50:47 - 50:50
No one is looking for the truth.
  • 50:57 - 50:59
    Except you, right?
  • 51:02 - 51:04
    Daghan...
  • 51:06 - 51:08
    This is not your job.
  • 51:08 - 51:12
The investigation has started all over again. Cops, prosecutors...
  • 51:12 - 51:15
    I trust neither of them.
  • 51:15 - 51:20
    - If you are finished with what you're going to say...
    - Not yet!
  • 51:20 - 51:24
Yo didn't want me to do it, but I did some research on Yilmaz.
  • 51:28 - 51:31
    Get off the car!
  • 51:33 - 51:35
I said get off the car! The man is leaving!
  • 51:35 - 51:38
    - So what,let him go!
    - What do you mean so what?
  • 51:38 - 51:40
    Get off the car!
  • 51:40 - 51:43
I am not getting off! What are you going to do?
  • 51:59 - 52:03
Alright! Since you want to play the detective...
  • 52:03 - 52:05
    Then let's play.
  • 52:05 - 52:08
But let me tell you this:
  • 52:08 - 52:12
    You are wasting your time.
Nothing will come out from this man.
  • 52:12 - 52:16
Everything he has told us is true.
In '99 he lost his parents.
  • 52:16 - 52:18
In 2006 he lost his sister.
  • 52:18 - 52:21
I saw the death report of the child.
  • 52:21 - 52:25
Exactly as the man said. One week after you were arrested.
  • 52:25 - 52:30
I also searched if he has any connection with Sezai Karali.
    He doesn't.
  • 52:30 - 52:34
I couldn't find any evidence about her sister being a witness, either.
  • 52:34 - 52:37
You would've found it if the evidences weren't destroyed.
  • 52:37 - 52:40
Surely this isn't something a coffee shop owner, right?
  • 52:40 - 52:42
To bribe someone from the police...
  • 52:42 - 52:46
To eliminate an important document from the archive.
    Surely, it isn't that easy!
  • 52:46 - 52:50
If he works for someone rich and powerful, it isn't that difficult.
  • 52:50 - 52:53
Well, we can't know that of course...
  • 52:53 - 52:55
After all,we don't have anything in hand.
  • 52:55 - 52:57
That's why we're following the man!
  • 52:57 - 53:00
In order to find out more!
  • 53:02 - 53:04
Maybe he will take us to him.
  • 53:04 - 53:06
    To whom?
  • 53:07 - 53:08
    To the murderer!
  • 53:21 - 53:24
The lawyer received a notice, sweetheart.
  • 53:24 - 53:26
We have to go to the prosecutor to testify.
  • 53:26 - 53:27
    Why?
  • 53:27 - 53:32
    Since the lawsuit is reopened,
they said that they would take our testimony.
  • 53:32 - 53:35
Can't the lawyer go to represent you?
  • 53:35 - 53:38
Dad, they said we have to be there in person.
  • 53:38 - 53:40
    They trouble people unnecessarily.
  • 53:40 - 53:42
I think it is not that unnecessary.
  • 53:42 - 53:51
Now that I come to think of it, the murderer is usually
from victim's close circle in detective novels.
  • 53:53 - 53:56
This is not a novel dear ?ahika.
  • 53:57 - 54:03
You have probably forgotten that person you are talking about is Beril's father, right?
  • 54:03 - 54:05
Don't pay attention to her sweetie.
  • 54:05 - 54:08
    Same old ?ahika! As always,
she doesn't know what she's saying.
  • 54:08 - 54:12
If I didn't know you or how tactless you were,
  • 54:12 - 54:15
I would've thought you had a bad intention.
  • 54:15 - 54:17
Mother and son, you are both very boring!
  • 54:17 - 54:23
You are so tense that I thought I would cheer everybody up!
  • 54:23 - 54:30
Anyway, I believe that whoever it is, that murderer
will get caught and be punished!
  • 54:30 - 54:32
I hope they don't arrest the wrong person again.
  • 54:32 - 54:36
How do you know they arrested the wrong person?
Maybe, it was really him who did it.
  • 54:36 - 54:38
    For god's sake Asuman...
  • 54:38 - 54:41
    The man was proved innocent!
  • 54:41 - 54:45
Your intelligence has sharpened a lot since I last saw you.
  • 54:45 - 54:51
You haven't grown up at all Sahika!
Does this childlike behavior become a grown up woman at all?
  • 54:51 - 54:53
I always wear my heart on my sleeve, dad.
  • 54:53 - 54:59
I can't be very diplomatic as your precious son.
What can you do? I took after my mother.
  • 55:01 - 55:05
And your son took after his mother.
  • 55:05 - 55:07
    What a bummer, isn't it?
  • 55:07 - 55:11
Neither of your children took after you.
  • 55:12 - 55:15
    Maybe your grandchild will.
  • 55:15 - 55:19
    Aren't you always saying so?
  • 55:19 - 55:21
    True!
  • 55:21 - 55:25
My hope is to wait for the future's Muzaffer Yoranel.
  • 55:25 - 55:28
When are you going to make me a grandfather?
  • 55:28 - 55:32
    - What are you still waiting for?
It's been 10 years since you got married.
    - Dad!
  • 55:32 - 55:38
We want it, too, Dad. But we'll see. Kismet.
  • 55:40 - 55:43
    It will never happen.
  • 55:48 - 55:50
    I don't deserve motherhood.
  • 55:58 - 56:00
    Excuse me.
  • 56:00 - 56:03
I don't feel very well today. Enjoy your dinner.
  • 56:41 - 56:43
    Stay here, ok?
  • 56:56 - 56:58
Do you have to do the opposite of what I say?
  • 57:01 - 57:06
While you're having fun in the night club,
you expect me to wait in the car?
  • 57:06 - 57:10
No way! We will have fun together.
  • 57:32 - 57:34
What would you like to have?
  • 57:34 - 57:37
Raki and something to eat with it.
  • 57:51 - 57:54
    Come over here.
  • 58:21 - 58:23
    Come.
  • 58:42 - 58:43
Who knows, maybe he will come...
  • 58:43 - 58:48
... to drop by for dinner and please me.
  • 58:48 - 58:50
    Was your brother well?
  • 58:50 - 58:53
He was fine. As much as he could.
  • 58:53 - 58:56
    Did he like the pastries?
  • 58:56 - 59:00
Why shouldn't he Sabiha? Sure he liked them.
  • 59:00 - 59:03
    - How is the place he is staying at?
    Is it a comfortable place?
  • 59:03 - 59:06
Mom, why do you keep asking me the same things?
    I have already told you!
  • 59:06 - 59:14
    - You are hiding something from us. Tell the truth. Is your brother well?
    - No, he is not! He is not well, ok?
  • 59:14 - 59:17
    - And he got mad at me, anyway.
    - Got mad at you?
  • 59:17 - 59:19
    Why would he?
  • 59:19 - 59:21
    What did you do?
  • 59:21 - 59:24
    - I asked him if he still loved Beril.
    - God forbid!
  • 59:24 - 59:27
Oh come on! How could you tell something like that?
  • 59:27 - 59:29
You made his wound bleed again!
  • 59:29 - 59:31
What can I do? I blurted it out.
  • 59:31 - 59:33
You have never learned to hold that tongue.
  • 59:33 - 59:36
    And what did he say?
He said he didn't love her, right?
  • 59:36 - 59:40
    - Woman!
    - No way should he love her!
  • 59:40 - 59:44
    - She destroyed my son's life. That woman upset my son a lot!
    - It's not her fault.
  • 59:44 - 59:50
As if all the things he went through weren't enough!
Should he live through them all over again? God forbid!
  • 60:00 - 60:03
    What's bothering you?
  • 60:03 - 60:05
    As I said...
  • 60:06 - 60:10
    I don't feel well.
  • 60:10 - 60:14
Why do you think like that about having a child?
Why don't you deserve to be a mother?
  • 60:14 - 60:16
    You are still very young.
  • 60:16 - 60:18
You and Ender love each other.
  • 60:18 - 60:22
Of course, you will have child. You have to.
  • 60:22 - 60:25
Why do we have to? Not necessarily.
  • 60:25 - 60:28
We are just fine like this.
  • 60:28 - 60:32
But can it ever be without a child?
  • 60:32 - 60:38
And, it is very important for Muzaffer.
    A grandchild, an heir...
  • 60:38 - 60:42
Are we going to have a child
just because Mr. Muzaffer wants an heir?
  • 60:42 - 60:44
This is our life! Don't interfere with us!
  • 60:44 - 60:47
    That wasn't my intention.
  • 60:47 - 60:49
I am just trying to understand.
  • 60:49 - 60:54
    - Why doesn't a young and healthy woman want a child?
    - Mother please.
  • 60:54 - 60:58
    Please,leave me alone!
  • 60:58 - 61:00
!I am telling you I am not well!
  • 61:01 - 61:02
    Please!
  • 61:19 - 61:22
I apologize on behalf of Beril, Dad.
  • 61:22 - 61:25
She is a nervous wreck because of these events.
  • 61:25 - 61:26
    That's for sure.
  • 61:26 - 61:29
I don't understand why she feels
she doesn't deserve to be a mother.
  • 61:29 - 61:32
    It is not that.
  • 61:32 - 61:34
No, I mean she has a physical problem,
  • 61:34 - 61:37
or a condition that can not be treated,
  • 61:37 - 61:40
    - Then you could think of adopting a child.
    - Never!
  • 61:40 - 61:43
Adoption is out of the question!
  • 61:43 - 61:47
Can you be the father of a child who is
not your own flesh and blood?
  • 61:47 - 61:48
    You cannot!
  • 61:48 - 61:51
    Blood ties are very important.
  • 61:51 - 61:54
Dad, I don't agree with you on this matter.
  • 61:54 - 61:59
After all, the important thing is who raises the child.
If Beril wants this, I can do it.
  • 61:59 - 62:04
This is your life. You are free to make
as many mistakes as you wish.
  • 62:04 - 62:10
But don't expect me to accept somebody else's child as my grandchild.
  • 62:10 - 62:16
Someone who is not from my own
blood can not be my heir.
  • 62:16 - 62:19
Where has this adoption topic come from?
  • 62:19 - 62:22
Why are we discussing this all of a sudden?
  • 62:22 - 62:26
    They are still very young!
  • 62:31 - 62:35
You enjoy pushing other people's buttons, don't you?
  • 62:35 - 62:37
Did you come back to put a damper on our spirits?
  • 62:37 - 62:40
    It's my business.
  • 62:40 - 62:45
I don't think you were in such a great condition
    anyway when I wasn't here.
  • 62:45 - 62:52
Enough for tonight! You gave me a headache!
Let's go, it is late already.
  • 62:52 - 62:54
Are you going to stay more?
  • 62:54 - 62:58
If you want, we can take you where you want to go.
  • 62:58 - 63:02
    I will stay here.
  • 63:03 - 63:07
Beril insisted a lot. I couldn't refuse her.
  • 63:07 - 63:11
I will be here until the renovation of my house finishes.
  • 63:16 - 63:19
    Good night!
  • 63:25 - 63:28
    Cheers,bro!
  • 63:35 - 63:37
    Mate...
  • 63:37 - 63:40
It's been such a long while since we drank together.
  • 63:40 - 63:46
    - Ender immediately gave me permission.
    - Sure he would bro. It is once in a blue moon.
    You are not his slave.
  • 63:46 - 63:48
I am not that different from being one!
  • 63:48 - 63:51
Why? Is he giving you a hard time?
  • 63:51 - 63:54
    Hell with that jerk!
Don't make me talk, for God's sake!
  • 63:54 - 63:57
    Talk man! We said cheers!
What we say here, stays here.
  • 63:57 - 64:00
You talk as if you don't know! The same old thing.
  • 64:00 - 64:08
    - I became his wife's watchman; open the door of hers car; be her driver, you name it.
    - Easy job man; what else do you want?
  • 64:08 - 64:11
Take a look at me. I am always in trouble.
  • 64:11 - 64:17
    - What happened?
    - That guy who got out of prison; Daghan.
  • 64:24 - 64:30
The man is drinking with his friend; they are enjoying themselves.
I don't understand why we are still watching them...
  • 64:30 - 64:32
    You are free to go.
  • 64:37 - 64:41
And leave you on your own here with them?
    You wish!
  • 64:41 - 64:44
    Then stop nagging! Be quiet!
  • 64:48 - 64:53
Since that guy got out of prison, Ender is scared as hell!
  • 65:00 - 65:05
If you could see his condition, you would die laughing!
  • 65:06 - 65:09
Don't laugh man! Don't laugh! The man is right to be worried.
  • 65:09 - 65:13
The guy was inside for so many years.
He had been nursing a grudge.
  • 65:13 - 65:16
And someone caused him to go after me.
  • 65:16 - 65:18
    How do you mean?
  • 65:20 - 65:23
Someone sent him an anonymous note...
  • 65:23 - 65:26
... telling I am the brother of the witness who slandered him.
  • 65:26 - 65:29
    The guy found me.
  • 65:30 - 65:34
    - And?
    - And I managed to evade him.
  • 65:34 - 65:38
But, I kept thinking about it.
  • 65:38 - 65:42
Who do you think did this?
  • 65:45 - 65:48
    I haven't told anyone anything.
  • 65:48 - 65:51
Ender can not tell anything anyway.
  • 65:51 - 65:54
    Who's left?
  • 65:56 - 65:58
    What do you mean man?
  • 65:58 - 66:01
Am I the one who did it?
  • 66:01 - 66:03
Don't take it the wrong way, man.
  • 66:03 - 66:05
    Why would you do it?
  • 66:05 - 66:10
After all, If I burn, you will burn, too. Right?
  • 66:10 - 66:13
We are on the same boat.
  • 66:15 - 66:18
But, what I am trying to say is...
  • 66:18 - 66:22
At the raki table. You know that shit looks harmless in the bottle.
  • 66:22 - 66:28
It makes you relaxed and may cause you to blurt something out.
  • 66:29 - 66:32
If you did something like that, tell us so we can find the guy.
  • 66:32 - 66:36
I swear, it will stay between us.
I won't say Ender anything about this!
  • 66:39 - 66:42
    Fuck you!
  • 66:42 - 66:47
If you weren't my mate, I would've shot you by now.
  • 66:47 - 66:51
Shame on you! Shame on you!
  • 66:51 - 66:56
Man, sit down! Stop behaving foolishly. Sit down!
  • 67:01 - 67:03
    Everybody is looking at us.
  • 67:03 - 67:07
Have I ever done anything wrong to you for all these years?
    Who introduced you to Ender?
  • 67:07 - 67:10
    You were living dog's life!
    I saved your life.
  • 67:10 - 67:12
Sit down! Everybody is looking at us!
  • 67:12 - 67:15
    Is this how you thank?
  • 67:25 - 67:28
    I just asked. I haven't said anything.
  • 67:28 - 67:33
    - Whom am I gonna ask?
    - Shame on you to even ask!
  • 67:34 - 67:38
    Ok, man. Ok. Come on!
  • 67:40 - 67:43
I am sorry! Cut it out!
  • 68:03 - 68:05
    Look man, here she is!
  • 68:22 - 68:38
The only thing left from you is a memory behind.
  • 68:39 - 68:55
I will never go back to that love you tainted with lies.
  • 68:56 - 69:05
Breaking my heart, you left a memory.
  • 69:05 - 69:14
Look for my sin on your lying lips.
  • 69:14 - 69:21
Breaking my heart, you left a memory behind.
  • 69:21 - 69:23
    Nothing...
  • 69:23 - 69:29
Look for my sin on your lying lips.
  • 69:48 - 69:55
The only thing left from you is a memory.
  • 70:50 - 70:55
Don't lean against me man, you're heavy like a dead mule!
  • 70:55 - 70:58
The woman didn't look at you!
  • 70:58 - 71:01
    Don't start again!
  • 71:01 - 71:04
Am I lying, man! You said she was your lover!
  • 71:04 - 71:06
Did I say my lover? I said I love her.
  • 71:06 - 71:12
    - Can't a man just love?
    - CAN'T ONE JUST LOVE?
    - Don't shout! You'll wake everybody up!
  • 71:12 - 71:17
    - GET UP!
    - Fahri, look, I'll give you to Sumru!
  • 71:17 - 71:19
    Don't do that.
  • 71:19 - 71:22
Sumru will kill me! I swore to give up!
  • 71:22 - 71:25
Please, let me stay here today.
  • 71:25 - 71:28
Take off your jacket, you peasant!
  • 71:31 - 71:37
    Mate, this was really good.
It's been a long time since we did this.
  • 71:37 - 71:39
I hope you don't vomit and make a mess.
  • 71:39 - 71:42
Who? Me? When did I ever vomit?
  • 71:42 - 71:43
    Every time.
  • 71:44 - 71:46
    Always the same story.
  • 71:46 - 71:49
    You talk too much.
  • 71:49 - 71:54
    - Give me some raki.
    - There is no raki. Go to sleep.
  • 71:58 - 72:02
    - You have changed very much mate!
    - Don't say. How?
  • 72:02 - 72:05
You weren't like this in the past.
  • 72:05 - 72:08
    You have become strange.
  • 72:12 - 72:16
    Before you shot that man
  • 72:16 - 72:18
You were the most honest man I knew.
  • 72:18 - 72:20
Did I kill him for fun? As if you don't know.
  • 72:20 - 72:24
    - I know,I am not saying that.
    -Then what are you saying?
  • 72:24 - 72:25
    Like...
  • 72:25 - 72:27
    You are showing off like...
  • 72:27 - 72:31
    "I killed a man".
  • 72:32 - 72:33
    Like bad ass attitude...
  • 72:33 - 72:38
    Like... Pompous behaviors...
  • 72:39 - 72:42
    Yilmaz, you gave yourself airs!
  • 72:42 - 72:48
Pray that you are drunk right now!
Otherwise, I would fucking show you!
  • 72:48 - 72:50
    I was thinking...
  • 72:50 - 72:56
"How this poor guy is going to shoot that man?"
  • 72:56 - 72:58
    But, bravo! You did!
  • 72:58 - 73:01
    - Haven't you ever regretted it?
    - Why should I regret it man?
  • 73:01 - 73:06
I did it for my sister.
If I hadn't done it, she would have died.
  • 73:07 - 73:09
    Didn't she die?
  • 73:11 - 73:12
    She did.
  • 73:13 - 73:16
Her body rejected the heart, you know that.
  • 73:16 - 73:19
I wish you wouldn't commit murder.
  • 73:19 - 73:23
    This money, those nonsense things...
  • 73:28 - 73:31
If the same thing happened again,
  • 73:31 - 73:33
if you were in the same situation,
  • 73:33 - 73:36
would you do the same thing, man?
  • 74:01 - 74:03
    We're here.
  • 74:04 - 74:07
    Are we there yet.
  • 74:07 - 74:09
    Yes, we are.
  • 74:09 - 74:11
    How do you know...?
  • 74:11 - 74:13
    You just told me.
  • 74:14 - 74:17
    - When did I tell you?
    - Just now.
  • 74:22 - 74:26
    Then...
  • 74:33 - 74:35
Thank you for bringing me home.
  • 74:35 - 74:38
    Actually, I thank you...
  • 74:38 - 74:41
    for accompanying me...
  • 74:41 - 74:46
Will you be able to walk that 1.5 meters?
  • 74:49 - 74:53
Will I be able to walk?
  • 74:53 - 74:58
Just a moment.. Do you mean that I am drunk?
  • 74:58 - 75:03
    - No,not drunk.. No let's not say drunk.
-You did,you said it..You said drunk.."Can you walk" you said..
  • 75:03 - 75:07
    - You're a litle bit tipsy.
    - Look...
  • 75:07 - 75:10
I had just once, a small glass there, ok?
  • 75:10 - 75:14
    - I am fine. Just fine.
    - Didn't I tell you not to drink that much?
  • 75:14 - 75:18
    - If you are not used to it,it will hit you.
    - Why it didn't affect you?
  • 75:18 - 75:23
    - Are you used to it?
    - No?
  • 75:23 - 75:27
It is the first time I've drunk in 11 years.
  • 75:35 - 75:38
    Then...
  • 75:38 - 75:41
    - See you at the courthouse.
    - See you.
  • 75:41 - 75:43
    Be careful!
  • 75:50 - 75:55
    - I didn't see the sidewalk!
    - Hi!
  • 75:57 - 76:00
    - See you.
    - Wait, let me pull it.
  • 76:00 - 76:05
    Wait. Push.
  • 76:20 - 76:22
    SELVI!
  • 76:24 - 76:29
What are you doing? You scared the hell out of me!
What kind of a joke is this?
  • 76:29 - 76:33
    - Did it stop?
    - What?
    - Your hiccup!
  • 76:33 - 76:36
    It did.
  • 76:38 - 76:41
It was a very bad joke.
  • 76:41 - 76:45
    It was but it worked.
  • 76:47 - 76:48
    Thank you Doctor!
  • 76:48 - 76:51
    Get well soon.
  • 77:08 - 77:10
    What's wrong,are you left outside?
  • 77:10 - 77:12
    No.
  • 77:12 - 77:15
    I have my keys.
  • 77:15 - 77:17
    Where are those keys?
  • 77:23 - 77:28
Give it to me,let me look, your reflexes are paralyzed of course!
  • 77:28 - 77:34
    - Look. I won't tell you again, don't treat me like I am drunk.
    - Ok,you are not drunk, give it to me!
  • 77:34 - 77:37
    Aunt Zakire!
  • 77:37 - 77:39
Who else could it be my child?
  • 77:39 - 77:43
Why are you looking at me as if you saw a ghost? Dear god!
  • 77:43 - 77:46
No,it's not that.Haven't you gone to bed yet?
  • 77:46 - 77:49
I couldn't sleep because I was worried about you.
  • 77:49 - 77:53
Why didn't you let me know that you would be late?
  • 77:53 - 77:56
    - Hello.
    - Hello.
  • 77:56 - 77:59
Your face seems familiar from somewhere, but...
  • 77:59 - 78:02
    - Wait,I will find it.
    - Aunt Zakire.
  • 78:02 - 78:05
    - Daghan.
    - Aunt Zakire.
  • 78:05 - 78:08
    Of course,Daghan!
  • 78:08 - 78:15
You are much more handsome than on TV.
  • 78:15 - 78:18
    - May it be over son!
    - Thank you.
  • 78:18 - 78:20
    We thank you, too.
  • 78:20 - 78:24
    Selvi mentioned you a lot.
  • 78:26 - 78:29
    When she says "mentioned",
  • 78:29 - 78:32
She means the lawsuit. Not you.
  • 78:32 - 78:36
Because I talked about the lawsuit so much.
  • 78:36 - 78:41
Yes, the lawsuit. Would you like to come inside?
  • 78:41 - 78:45
    - It is late, I'd better go.
    - Won't you have some coffee?
  • 78:45 - 78:50
    - Some other time..
    - Ok,then. But I am definitely waiting for you for a coffee some day, ok?
  • 78:50 - 78:52
    Ok.
  • 78:53 - 78:58
    - Sure. Good night!
    - Good night.
  • 79:00 - 79:02
    Come,get in,get in!
  • 79:02 - 79:05
Don't look, don't look, he will see you now!
  • 79:05 - 79:12
Get inside, you are a pain in the neck, get inside...
  • 79:23 - 79:26
    Very strange
  • 79:26 - 79:30
Honestly, I have seen strange things
through my career for 20 years
  • 79:30 - 79:33
But this is the first time I see something like this
  • 79:33 - 79:34
    Mr. Daghan
  • 79:34 - 79:38
I invited you to testify as a witness
  • 79:38 - 79:40
I attached confidentiality order to your file.
  • 79:40 - 79:45
This means that you won't be able to see fact-findings
in the file for a while.
  • 79:45 - 79:50
Ms. Lawyer, you won't be able to ask the witness any questions during the interrogation
  • 79:50 - 79:55
You won't guide him or say things that would twist events or articles of law.
  • 79:55 - 80:04
    Sweetheart, have a seat.
  • 80:04 - 80:11
You claimed that you were set up in your previous file?
Do you still claim this ?
  • 80:11 - 80:12
    Yes
  • 80:12 - 80:17
Then do you know who could set you up?
  • 80:17 - 80:19
    No
  • 80:19 - 80:23
Did you have an enemy or someone who hated you at that time ?
  • 80:23 - 80:28
I only know one person who bore enmity towards me in my life.
  • 80:28 - 80:30
    Beril's father, Mr. Sezai
  • 80:30 - 80:32
    You're talking about the victim.
  • 80:32 - 80:35
Yes. He hated me for no reason
  • 80:35 - 80:40
I didn't have any other person who bore enmity
towards me; neither inside nor outside.
  • 80:40 - 80:45
    - But if someone set you up...
    - Obviously, I had an enemy.
  • 80:45 - 80:47
    But I don't know him
  • 80:47 - 80:50
Enemies are usually people whom you know, Mr. Daghan.
  • 80:51 - 80:53
You're right. Let me correct myself then.
  • 80:54 - 80:57
I don't know who my enemy is.
  • 80:57 - 81:01
Or rather, I don't even know why I'm his enemy.
  • 81:01 - 81:05
Maybe he doesn't know me either.
Maybe I'm not important for him.
  • 81:05 - 81:10
Maybe I was a good candidate to
put the blame on. This is also possible
  • 81:10 - 81:14
The most interesting part of this, Mr. Daghan,
  • 81:14 - 81:18
Someone or some people are still working against you.
  • 81:18 - 81:23
I noticed that some documents of your case file
at the Police Department Archive were missing.
  • 81:23 - 81:30
The records concerning the eyewitness who played an important role
in your previous case are missing. They were ripped out of the file.
  • 81:30 - 81:32
    This is a scandal!
  • 81:32 - 81:36
I started an extensive investigation about this.
  • 81:46 - 81:53
    Hello
  • 81:53 - 81:54
    How're you ?
  • 81:54 - 81:55
    I'm not fine
  • 81:59 - 82:01
Why did they call you here?
  • 82:02 - 82:06
For the same reason we were called, sweetheart.
  • 82:06 - 82:10
After all he is the previous accused in the case.
  • 82:10 - 82:14
    Because Daghan was proved innocent
  • 82:14 - 82:16
    The investigation has started again.
  • 82:16 - 82:20
They'll appeal to everybody for their testimony.
  • 82:21 - 82:24
By the way I'm Selvi, Daghan's lawyer.
  • 82:24 - 82:27
    - Nice to meet you
    - Beril.
    - Ender Yoranel.
  • 82:27 - 82:29
    I'm the lady's husband.
  • 82:31 - 82:34
By the way, Congratulations Ms. Lawyer.
  • 82:34 - 82:38
    This was an unbelievable success!
  • 82:55 - 83:02
Sweetheart, let's not keep the prosecution waiting.
  • 83:26 - 83:34
I still have some work here.
You don't have to wait here.
  • 83:34 - 83:36
    By the way
  • 83:36 - 83:40
You will directly go to work, won't you?
  • 83:41 - 83:45
I guess you aren't going to follow Yilmaz
  • 83:45 - 83:47
    Tell you what...
  • 83:47 - 83:53
My mother doesn't ask so many questions like you
  • 83:54 - 83:57
Did your father have any enemies?
  • 83:57 - 84:00
Except your previous fiancé Mr. Daghan
  • 84:01 - 84:02
    I don't know
  • 84:02 - 84:06
Then do you believe that Mr. Daghan was set up?
  • 84:06 - 84:07
    Of course
  • 84:07 - 84:11
I mean I do believe now
  • 84:11 - 84:14
Who could have done such a thing ?
  • 84:14 - 84:16
    I have no idea
  • 84:16 - 84:19
    Maybe someone we don't know
  • 84:19 - 84:24
Maybe one of my father's opponent from business...
  • 84:24 - 84:27
Maybe the brother of that eyewitness.
  • 84:28 - 84:30
    Who're you talking about?
  • 84:30 - 84:35
I think his name was Yilmaz
  • 84:35 - 84:36
    Yilmaz Saner
  • 84:36 - 84:38
    Who?
  • 84:38 - 84:40
    Yilmaz Saner
  • 84:41 - 84:47
No, I've never heard this name before, who's he?
  • 84:47 - 84:54
In your previous statement, you said
you were a close friend of Mrs. Beril,
  • 84:54 - 84:58
    you supported the relationship
between Mr. Daghan and Mrs. Beril,
  • 84:58 - 85:03
and you didn't think that Mr. Daghan was a person
    who could commit a murder.
  • 85:04 - 85:05
    Yes you're right
  • 85:05 - 85:09
You were Mrs. Beril's friend at that time
and now you are her husband.
  • 85:10 - 85:15
Yes, old friends can fall in love with each other and get married.
  • 85:15 - 85:18
    This didn't started with us.
  • 85:18 - 85:22
    - I don't know why you find this strange.
    - Did I say such a thing?
  • 85:22 - 85:23
    I didn't.
  • 85:23 - 85:27
I don't understand why you were so offended.
  • 85:30 - 85:33
    Jeez...
  • 86:43 - 86:44
    Yilmaz
  • 86:44 - 86:49
Let's meet at the same place after half an hour
  • 86:49 - 86:50
    Yes there's a new problem
  • 87:33 - 87:35
Hang up if this is not urgent. I'll call you later.
  • 87:35 - 87:38
Brother, how do you know their driver?
  • 87:38 - 87:42
    He was Fahri, wasn't he?
    He's Beril's driver, now.
  • 87:42 - 87:46
    What's going on, brother?
    Do you know about this?
  • 87:50 - 87:54
I'll have an accident because of you. I'm driving right now.
  • 87:54 - 87:55
    We'll talk later.
  • 90:22 - 90:26
    - Is there a problem?
    - And you're asking Yilmaz? Daghan is there!
  • 90:33 - 90:37
    How is that possible.
  • 90:37 - 90:40
Are you an idiot? We'll get caught because of you.
  • 90:40 - 90:43
    He had followed you somehow.
  • 90:43 - 90:46
Elude him and let's meet somewhere else.
  • 91:35 - 91:38
This is enough Sabiha. Stop it.
  • 91:39 - 91:41
The house is already very clean.
  • 91:49 - 91:54
How many times did you mop the floor?
    Did you count?
  • 91:54 - 91:56
Why does my cleaning bother you?
  • 91:56 - 92:00
Go away, Don't get in my way.
  • 92:06 - 92:13
    Sabiha
  • 92:13 - 92:19
Ok. Keep standing here like a scarecrow
  • 92:19 - 92:22
I'll go and mop the kitchen
  • 92:44 - 92:47
The guys had been nursing a grudge!
  • 92:47 - 92:49
    What's your problem, man?
  • 92:49 - 92:52
You got out of prison, What do you want more?
  • 93:10 - 93:13
    Come you fucking bastard, Come
  • 94:22 - 94:24
    FUCK!
  • 94:48 - 94:52
My dear, you'll eat all of this.
  • 94:52 - 94:56
Eat some so that you can get the vitamins your body needs.
  • 94:56 - 95:00
    - You turned into a ghost because of this case.
    - For the love of God!
  • 95:00 - 95:03
Of course... Let it be love...
  • 95:03 - 95:11
What kind of life would this be if there is no love, right?
  • 95:11 - 95:13
    Who's this woman?
  • 95:13 - 95:15
    - Is she an actrist?
    - No.
  • 95:15 - 95:18
    Daghan's ex-lover
  • 95:18 - 95:19
    Really?
  • 95:19 - 95:29
They were about to marry, but then
Daghan was put into prison, it didn't happen.
  • 95:29 - 95:32
    Who's that hunk beside her?
  • 95:32 - 95:36
    Her husband
  • 95:36 - 95:38
She is a very posh woman.
  • 95:38 - 95:43
    She's a beautiful woman, isn't she?
  • 95:43 - 95:46
    Anyway, She is very skinny!
  • 95:46 - 95:51
She is not that attractive at all!
  • 95:51 - 95:53
    You're more beautiful than her.
  • 95:53 - 95:54
You said I was a ghost just now.
  • 95:54 - 95:57
    That was just talk.
  • 95:57 - 96:00
Why do you look at this woman's photos?
  • 96:02 - 96:05
    Nothing. Just looking
  • 96:05 - 96:09
You're more beautiful than her. Yes!
  • 96:09 - 96:10
    Absolutely!
  • 96:11 - 96:13
    I'm not wondering about her.
  • 96:13 - 96:18
    I wonder her driver.
  • 96:18 - 96:23
If the man saw me, how would we get out of this, Yilmaz?
  • 96:23 - 96:24
    I don't undersand how you didn't notice!
  • 96:25 - 96:31
How didn't you notice that you were being followed.
How can you be so amateurish?
  • 96:35 - 96:37
I would know if he followed me.
  • 96:37 - 96:42
How would you know this, idiot ? Will he give an ad on a newspaper?
  • 96:42 - 96:44
I've never expected this from you
  • 96:44 - 96:47
If I didn't notice you would have given me away.
  • 96:47 - 96:51
Look, I don't want any other mistake like this again.
    This is the last one.
  • 96:51 - 96:54
Don't worry, he won't be able to follow me again
  • 96:59 - 97:02
The circle around you is getting narrower.
  • 97:02 - 97:06
    The prosecutor knows about you
  • 97:08 - 97:09
    How did this happen?
  • 97:09 - 97:13
If Daghan knows everything then everything is possible
  • 97:13 - 97:20
He met the prosecutor today and testified; he must have told her
  • 97:20 - 97:23
What about Fahri? What did you do?
  • 97:23 - 97:26
    - I talked with him but he denied.
    - Of course he won't admit it
  • 97:26 - 97:31
Fahri doesn't do something like that, he won't betray us.
If he betrays us he knows he will get burned too
  • 97:31 - 97:32
    THEN WHO?!
  • 97:32 - 97:34
    I don't know
  • 97:34 - 97:53
But I'll kill him myself if I find him
  • 97:53 - 97:56
    What is going on, man?
  • 97:56 - 97:59
You look like you're going to burst into flames!
  • 97:59 - 98:02
He noticed that he was followed, He shot the wheels.
  • 98:02 - 98:05
I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. I waited for a tow truck.
  • 98:05 - 98:07
    Then I changed the wheels
  • 98:07 - 98:10
Ok calm down. Come and have some rest.
  • 98:10 - 98:13
Tell me this from the beginning. Come
  • 98:21 - 98:22
    Beril
  • 98:22 - 98:30
    Sorry
  • 98:30 - 98:33
What are you doing here for hours ?
  • 98:33 - 98:35
    What are you looking for?
  • 98:35 - 98:39
    I don't know. Anything
  • 98:39 - 98:41
    Anything that can help Daghan
  • 98:41 - 98:45
Didn't this man say that he doesn't want to see your face again?
  • 98:45 - 98:47
    He doesn't want actually
  • 98:47 - 98:56
Then why did he come here ?
  • 98:56 - 98:58
I'd be grateful if Ender doesn't know.
  • 98:58 - 99:00
I don't want to argue with him
  • 99:07 - 99:11
Do you think I would tell him?
  • 99:11 - 99:15
It's none of my business, after all.
  • 99:15 - 99:19
    Then tailing didn't work
  • 99:19 - 99:21
    Well
  • 99:21 - 99:27
Do you have any other idea?
  • 99:27 - 99:29
Look, Let me tell you something.
  • 99:29 - 99:34
You will either give up and let this go
  • 99:34 - 99:36
Or if you can't let it go,
  • 99:36 - 99:40
    Then you can't be without a gun;
  • 99:40 - 99:42
You are dealing with people who are armed.
  • 99:42 - 99:47
Since they noticed that you were following them
those bastards won't leave you alone
  • 99:47 - 99:50
    You have to protect yourself.
  • 99:50 - 99:55
    - I don't know how to use a weapon
    - Those fucking bastards!
  • 99:55 - 100:03
They put a man who doesn't know how to hold a gun in prison
for 11 years for committing a murder.
  • 100:03 - 100:07
    Fuck them!
  • 100:07 - 100:12
I hope you won't have to use it, but this can't go on like this.
  • 100:12 - 100:18
Sooner or later, what would you do if they shoot you
or one of your family instead of the wheels ?
  • 100:18 - 100:21
Daghan look, You don't know these guys.
  • 100:21 - 100:28
If you're going to be in the same sack with these bastards,
You have to learn to speak in their language.
  • 100:28 - 100:30
    There's no other way
  • 100:31 - 100:35
It can make this man talk
  • 100:35 - 100:43
Would you find me a gun?
  • 100:43 - 100:46
    Gun ..
  • 100:46 - 100:50
We can find a gun, but when you put this gun on your waist...
  • 100:50 - 100:55
When it's necessary, you shouldn't hesitate to use it.
  • 101:03 - 101:05
    Peace be upon you
  • 101:08 - 101:11
    Clean up this table.
  • 101:12 - 101:14
    Welcome, brother
  • 101:17 - 101:21
Brother Yilmaz, There's an envelope for you
  • 101:29 - 101:31
I sent the note to Daghan
  • 101:31 - 101:36
If you don't want me to tell everything
go to the following address at four o'clock to make a deal
  • 101:36 - 101:38
    Uskumrukoy Neighborhood, Old brick factory
  • 101:38 - 101:40
    Hasan
  • 101:42 - 101:43
    Yes, brother
  • 101:43 - 101:45
    Who gave this to you?
  • 101:45 - 101:52
I found it inside the store when I opened it this morning
Someone slipped it under the door.
  • 101:52 - 102:00
    Ok, Go to your work
  • 102:00 - 102:04
Look You'll hold the gun as if you're holding a woman
  • 102:04 - 102:07
Neither so soft to let it slip from your hand
  • 102:07 - 102:11
nor so hard to hurt yourself, ok?
  • 102:28 - 102:29
Why are you looking at? A former cop is standing before you.
  • 102:31 - 102:35
This hair didn't turn gray at the mill
  • 102:35 - 102:39
You will consider the weapon as a part of your hand
  • 102:39 - 102:42
    Or you'll get hurt
  • 102:42 - 102:44
    It's your turn, take it
  • 102:55 - 102:56
    Make your arm straight
  • 102:56 - 102:58
    Now bring the left hand
  • 102:58 - 103:00
Put it under the other hand
  • 103:00 - 103:02
    Twist your elbow a little
  • 103:03 - 103:04
    Now look
  • 103:04 - 103:09
Your eye, the notch, the foresight, and the target aimed at in line
  • 103:09 - 103:12
Come on my man, fire now!
  • 103:20 - 103:25
Wait! When I said hold it as if you're holding a woman,
    I didn't mean like a horny man.
  • 103:25 - 103:27
I meant like a Don Juan
  • 103:27 - 103:30
And when you pull the trigger, you'll do it slowly
  • 103:37 - 103:39
    No, no, you won't hesitate.
  • 103:39 - 103:41
    No hesitation!
  • 103:41 - 103:43
If your hand shivers, you'll be in deep shit.
  • 103:43 - 103:45
    Don't hesitate, come on.
  • 103:45 - 103:51
    Slowly. Keep calm.. Shoot
  • 103:55 - 104:01
Think as if those responsible for your imprisonment
for 11 years are standing in front of you. Shoot!
  • 104:01 - 104:04
Think about those bastards who ruined your life Shoot!
  • 104:13 - 104:18
Well done, doctor Now you're ready
  • 104:37 - 104:40
    Brother
  • 104:40 - 104:45
    You started coming here frequently.
How will we explain it if someone sees you?
  • 104:45 - 104:47
Since when do you have a weapon?
  • 104:47 - 104:49
You were going to keep an eye on Daghan
  • 104:49 - 104:53
The man followed me, Didn't you know ?
  • 104:53 - 104:54
    I know
  • 104:54 - 104:57
Couldn't you call and tell your brother?
  • 104:57 - 105:00
You know how to call when you need something
  • 105:00 - 105:08
So what if he follows you? You don't have anything to afraid!
  • 105:08 - 105:11
    Do you?
  • 105:11 - 105:15
This is not the problem, you should have told me
  • 105:15 - 105:18
If I told you, you would have told the police
  • 105:18 - 105:25
    - On whose side are you? - No one
  • 105:25 - 105:30
I am both on your and on his side. I'm trying to protect both of you
  • 105:30 - 105:32
    Just protect yourself.
  • 105:32 - 105:35
Don't come here again Don't call me if it isn't very important
  • 105:35 - 105:39
Obviously, Daghan won't let it go
  • 105:39 - 105:43
If he sees you here, all my efforts will go in vain
  • 105:44 - 105:49
Wait a minute We haven't talked about Fahri
  • 105:49 - 105:51
What's he doing beside Beril ?
  • 105:51 - 105:55
What's is he doing with those people?
  • 105:59 - 106:01
    Or …
  • 106:01 - 106:03
    I'm in a hurry
  • 106:03 - 106:05
    Brother
  • 106:05 - 106:07
Where're you going with that gun?
  • 106:07 - 106:11
    Brother
  • 106:11 - 106:14
    What're you doing?
  • 106:14 - 106:17
    Brother
  • 106:17 - 106:19
What're you going to do ?
  • 106:19 - 106:40
    Brother
  • 106:40 - 106:43
Follow that car in front of us
  • 106:43 - 106:45
    Come on! We'll miss it
  • 106:45 - 106:46
    Where are you going?
  • 106:46 - 106:48
I don't know. I told you to follow it
  • 106:48 - 106:52
    Are we filming a movie?
I'll leave the car at the taxi stop in 10 minutes.
  • 106:52 - 106:54
Get off if you are not going to Besiktas.
  • 106:54 - 106:57
    - Why didn't you tell me this before!
    - Jeez!
  • 107:11 - 107:13
    Listen to me.
  • 107:13 - 107:19
I received the note this time. I'm on my way, I'll catch the guy.
  • 112:21 - 112:25
    Welcome
  • 112:25 - 112:27
    What're you doing here?
  • 112:27 - 112:30
I'm the one you're supposed to meet
  • 112:39 - 112:42
And I won't let you go before you explain everything to me
  • 112:42 - 112:47
Talk! Who wanted your sister to testify?
  • 112:47 - 112:48
    Are you sick?
  • 112:48 - 112:50
    Are you crazy?
  • 112:50 - 112:52
    We've already talked
  • 112:53 - 112:54
I said we've nothing to do with this
  • 112:55 - 112:59
    Why did you come then?
Why didn't you throw that paper away?
  • 112:59 - 113:03
I came here to meet that bastard and
to beat the shit out of him!
  • 113:03 - 113:06
If you were me, wouldn't you come ?
  • 113:06 - 113:08
    What do you hide?
  • 113:08 - 113:11
    Nothing
  • 113:11 - 113:26
The man who has nothing to hide doesn't do what you've done
  • 113:26 - 113:30
You have no choice but talk!
  • 113:30 - 113:56
    Accept this already!
  • 113:56 - 113:59
I'll ask you for the last time
  • 113:59 - 114:04
    Why? Why?
  • 114:04 - 114:06
Eleven years ago, your sister said she saw me
  • 114:07 - 114:10
She said I did it Why? Why?

Ölene Kadar | 3. Bölüm
Description:

Yapımını Tims Productions'ın, yapımcılığını Timur Savcı'nın yaptığı, yönetmenliğini Umur Turagay'ın üstlendiği, atv ‘de yayınlanan Ölene Kadar’ın 3. bölümünde Doktor Dağhan gerçeklerin izinde!

Dağhan’ın Yılmaz ve Avukat Selvi ile olan sürpriz buluşması eski defterlerin açılmasına sebep olurken Yılmaz’ın anlattıkları Dağhan’ın aklında soru işaretleri bırakır. Dağhan’ı esaretten kurtarıp özgürlüğüne kavuşturan Avukat Selvi ise şimdi abisini ateşe atmış olmanın sıkıntısını yaşamaktadır. Abi kardeş arasındaki ipler gerilirken notu gönderen kişinin kimliği esrarını korumaktadır. Cinayetin ardındaki sır perdesini aralamak isteyen Dağhan, kendini eski aşkı Beril’in karşısında bulur. Bu durum Beril’i kaybetme korkusuyla paranoyaklaşan Ender’i çileden çıkartacaktır.
