With that said, yoga must go on!

And yes, this is the time we really do
need it, and you actually have the time

to really do it now. No excuses.
You've got lots of time on your hands.

And so, I am going to basically be
teaching you online. I thought about doing

a live online Zoom-type classes, but I
didn't know if everyone had the equipment
-
for that, so what I'm gonna do is make 12
one-hour videos, and that's the rest of
-
your course material. And do two a week...
we have about 6... we have 6-7 weeks left
-
in this semester. Two a week. And then
keep a log, so that way I'll know if
-
you're really doing it or not. So you
would, in the log, put the date, put the
-
number of the video because I'm gonna have
them numbered, and then a couple of
-
sentences about what we did in that video.
And then to just double-check to make sure
-
that you did do it, I'm gonna say a
magical code word in each video and I want
-
you to write that code word so I know you
actually at least listened to it, okay?
-
So today, the code word is namaste.

the other thing... some of you did not take

the midterms, so I'm changing that up.
If you did take the midterm, ignore this.

But if you didn't, I'm changing it to
three poses that you will describe with

like a short paragraph of each. One,
a standing pose with two legs straight.

One, a standing pose with one leg bent,
one leg straight. And one, any other kind
-
of pose. It could be forward bends,
inversions... those are handstands and
-
shoulder stands and plows, twists,
sitting poses. So, three poses.

And I'm gonna be sending all of this
to you, all these instructions... you don't
-
have to write them down right now, but all
of it through your email. So please,
-
please, please do check your ACC email and
if you don't ever check it, that account,
-
then please email me either at ACC or at
the other address. I'll put it all in the
-
email. Well, you wont get it. I have
another email that you can send it at.

It's on your syllabus. Okay. And if you
can just email me another email, that might
-
work better for you so I make sure that
you get the information. I plan on putting
-
all the videos on some sort of Dropbox
or maybe Google Docs. We'll see.

And then giving you that URL so that you
could just access it right then, and
-
I'll just keep adding to it as I do these
videos in the next month or so.

Okay? So if you have any questions, do
email me. I do encourage you to activate

your ACC email. That's the easiest.
I don't use a lot with Blackboard.

I just use it to send the emails.
So with that said, I wanna encourage
-
you to use this time in a peaceful way to
do a lot of pranayama, a lot of breathing,
-
and keep yourselves healthy and happy
and do those things that maybe you've
-
been putting off. Right. Maybe you wanna
learn guitar or you wanted to read a
-
specific book that you knew would take
a lot of time. Do that now.

This is the time for us all to regroup and
realize that we're all in the same place.
