verses of Surah Haaqa

that Pharaoh and many nations before him

whom Allah ruined

these people committed sin

what was that sin?

Disobedience of messenger of their Lord

so I talked on this last week

that today we have changed the definition
of crime

stealing is consider as crime

to hurt someone's feeling is consider as
crime

not following country's laws is consider
as crime

and you are not considered as good human
in society

if you don't pay tax on time

then you are not consider good person
in society

if you do corruption

then you are not consider good person
in society

but quran is saying

that we ruined great colonies

the mighty nations have been destroyed by
winds

what was the reason?

they comiited a great sin

it was not a small sin

it wasn't like that nation didn't pay tax
to government

or that nation used to hurt people

it is said that we should not hurt someone

I came with this hurt thing because

if someone is having affair somewhere

love affair

so both of them are afraid to break each
other's hurt

that hurting someone is sin

so hurting in this scenario is not sin

hurt her, end it

women are afraid very much

girls

that we had affair from so long
now she knows that he isn't good

now if I refuse or block

so he'll attempt suicide

I said let him do, there isn't ban on
suicide

from government

even if there is then government will take
care

it is not your headache

let him die

population has increased

scientists say that centuries ago bones

who after billion years transform into oil

from its seed and its branches

you can get oil

how this oil is created?

billions and trillions years didn't pass

it in-front us

I don't know how long does it take it to
give oil

and so good quality oil

so much benefitable for health

eyes shine bright

people think it is expensive oil

how quickly it is processed

there is another oil which we call
organic oil

it doesn't have any billion year process

Allah has made such machines

cows, buffaloes

Allah says feed them dry grass

dry grass, which don't have oil

bones may have some oil

scientists say that bones stayed in earth
for billion years

and now they have transformed into oil

bones transformed into oil

and bones went for oil

bones ended

bones went to bring oil and now they have
brought it

but

better oil that we eat

who gets freeze

which we call ghee

oil who freeze is called ghee

how quickly it is being born

He made a machine in form of cow and
buffalo

dry grass it don't have any oil

bring that to scientists

to some ashiest, who don't believe in God

who never saw cow, buffalo

normally it isn't like this
just giving example

ask him, people need to eat organic oil

it is very good for health

it keeps cholesterol in control

he'll say that in billion years

this grass could not make oil

but in billion years a machine is created
automatically

that can make oil from this grass

that is called buffalo

what he'll say?

in billion years a machine like buffalo
came into being

cell came into being by chance

after passing billion years

it become from monkey to human

then buffalo

if they have little honor

that they'll have little honor to
recognize their creator and guide

he'll never accept his claim

ashamed

so people who deny God

who do not feel disobedience of Allah as
crime

they see sign of God every morning and

and still they act blind

Quran says

look at the style

whenever I recite it I enjoy so much

reason is Quran didn't say

that eyes aren't blind

it should be like this only

but heart become blind

Quran is trying to tell

eyes can see all the signs

cow, goat, buffalo can be seen

chicks from the eggs can also be seen

Hen is loving its kids, it can be seen too

and seed turns into tall tree

then million seeds are form into that

as it is

and then bury that seed

then plant then mango

and then again seed

and enjoyable taste in that mango

then animal eat its peel

and you eat its fiber

so it is so well process

and so well management

in this universe

Quran is saying

you are seeing and yet you are not
believing in God

so eyes aren't blind

but hearts are blind that are hidden in
chest

sometimes eyes are seeing, but not
understanding

that why we are seeing it

it is seeing

look

a dacoit come in front of you

you show him weapon

so he saw your weapon

even after that he is coming towards you

it means he saw weapon but he didn't

understand your message

that what you want to convey

so he is a fool

you'll shoot him

when he'll get shot

then he'll say how this happened?

so you'll say

I showed you weapon

that I have gun to defend myself

he'll say no I couldn't see

you'll say your eyes aren't blind

after seeing when heart makes decision

so heart is not able to decide

you are blind from heart

so to describe this Quran could say

Eyes are not blind, hearts are

but Quran lengthened the talk

it means that thing is

eyes are not blind

hearts are

which are hidden in chests

This is great rhetoric

it is obvious that heart is in chest

what was the need to tell this?

this is rhetoric

that Allah is prolonging it

it is very important thing

don't take it lightly

because we see very wise people

who don't believe in God

we see great scientists

very educated people

so man get surprise

that such educated people

and still they can't get it

it means there is actually some doubt

we are fools, they aren't

so Allah is explaining us

Eyes aren't blind

they are seeing too

hearts are blind

what heart are you talking about?

same those are hidden in chest

you can't see it you are only seeing their
eyes

you are saying that they are seeing
everything from their eyes

they are still refusing then there must
be some logic

Allah says

they are seeing from eyes

you can't see if their hearts are
understanding it or not

their eyes are open

look if scientists eyes were close

and they could not see

cow, buffalo, sheep, goats, trees

and these fields, system of rain,
mountains

if scientists could not see

so we'd say that they don't know

we are seeing

if scientists could see these things

so they'd have believe in God more than
us

so they can't see

but Allah says that you know they can see

Allah says there is one thing

about which you can't decide

it is in their chest

if it was outside then you'd have say

that they are understanding as well

Allah say I'm telling you

they can see but can't understand

it is very hard

you can't understand, how can scientists?

what are you understanding?

Are you standing the meaning of Quran

what it is claiming?

Quran is saying

that the heart that is in chest

because we have hide it

either it is understanding or not

you can't see it

We are telling you this that they aren't
uderstanding

why aren't they?

because hearts are blind

they don't have ability to understand

their ability to see and observe have
ended

this is even more difficult

that if his heart don't have ability to
understand

then how did he become scientist

how he would have become professor

when ability to understand is high then
person get success

fools don't get successful

who get successful?

but Allah is saying

what their hearts have became?

blind

quran answer it too

quran says

some people become slave of wishes

that they only understand things

who don't interrupt their wishes

things which become hurdle in their
wishes

those things don't get into their mind

we have their examples too

When Shoaib AS explained his nation

that don't cheat in weighing things

Quran is saying

we ruined pharaoh and those colonies

because they disobeyed the order of Allah

so in islam, disobedience of Allah is the
greatest sin

that's why hand of thief is cut

although in principle, it is not
appropriate

he stole 10,000 rupees

but hand is of billion rupees

how can you cut his hand?

is there any logic?

islam is saying cut the hand

saying to government, you may not start
doing this

someone get caught stealing shoes and you
cut his hand

government should do this not common man

it is limits of Allah

so the one who is deputy of Allah, can do
this

man can take his personal revenge himself

someone slap you, you can slap too

just like his fingers printed

it is not necessary to go to police
station for this

in islam.

Advise is that you should go

because that's all I can say

what will happen there, that's your

but in sharia it is permissible

that if someone punched you

you can punch him too, on your own
responsibility

he said very well

it should not be like this

then police will chase me

so anything that will happen, will happen

islam permitted you that someone punched
you

you can punch him with same speed

it is not necessary that only government
will do this

what you can do is, ask your money back

but what islam says that

whose thing got stolen

if that person took that to court

that this man stole my money

and it got proven from witnesses

so government is deputy of Allah on earth

then Allah will put that man aside

he has been found guilty

he disobeyed Allah before he stole your
thing

now due to my disobedience I have the
right

to give order to cut his hand

now even if you want to forgive

that he stole my money

for 10000 rupees I won't cut waseem bhai's
hand

Waseem bhai will say why are you putting
it on me

tell me the name who isn't of anyone

court is not allowed to forgive him

why?

thief is causing chaos in society

if you make him return 10000 rupees

then he will steal again

and Allah don't like chaos in earth

what is the ruling about dacoit?

who snatch thing on gun point in
day light

Islam ordered that if group of dacoits

attack somewhere

attack passengers on the way

to what punishment quran said

Allah describe 4 punishments for dacoits

kill them

hang them

[Arabic]
cut his right hand and left foot

[Arabic]
Capture them

so ulema say

there are four levels of dacoits

four steps

if someone robbed

and during robbery

didn't injure anyone, didn't kill, didn't
steal

police got there

and arrest them

now they haven't committed crime

they were about to

but before attempting they got caught

so capture them

put them in prison

they'll stay there until ruler think that
they won't do this anymore

during this if they keep getting treatment
there is no harm in it

Give them to Pakistan Police then there

is no need to tell that what should be
done

then there isn't any need to go in details

they'll treat robbers accordingly

it is in the case they made intention

but got caught before doing anything

public is not allowed to forgive here too

meaning the people who were robbed came
and say

that we are feeling bad for them, leave
them

No not at all

Govt. isn't allowed to do so

why?

this crime is consider as what?

disobedience of Allah

so Allah is revealing order from sky

that they will be punished

you don't have right to forgive

second thing quran said

cut their right hand and left foot

it is in the case

when they took some wealth and didn't
kill anyone

even if one took

there were 10 robbers, 1 took wealth

9 were seeing only

hand and foot will be cut of all ten

you aren't understanding

here is doubt too, they just took mobile

what could be the price of phone

1 lac, 1.5 lac

or earring of woman

police came and they run

or they only have intention of this much
robbery

they took only locket

its price would be lac or 1.5 lac

and only one man did that

but right hand and left foot would be cut
of all 10

obviously it looks strange

why?

world's law says

they'll say mobile was of 1 lac

and you are cutting their right hand
and left foot

it doesn't get into mind

but quran is saying

these people spread chaos on earth

so they are criminal of Allah and His
messenger

they are not criminal of public

God don't like the riots on earth

why did you do that?

and 9 will get punishment

he did by their help

he got power because of those 9

that I have 9 people with me

now you tell me

hand is of million of rupees

foot is of million rupees

that's why non muslims get amazed
on the punishments of islam

why there are so hard punishments?

thief stole 10000 rupees

and islam says cut his hand

we don't accept such wild punishments

islam look it as that it is crime of Allah

but didn't steal anything

killed a man

so the person they killed

his guardians are not permitted to
forgive the killer

in normal condition what happen?

someone killed someone on the dispute of
money

so man died

so the person who died

his guardians are allowed to take fine
from killer

or either forgive him

it is like this, right?

because islam consider this sin, in the
matters of world,

considered it as the loss of the family
whose man got killed

so compensate their loss by money

or they have right to behead you

it is called qisas

in this government's involvement is not
necessary

if someone killed someone

so the person who died

for example someone killed zaid

Bakar killed Zaid

to Zaid's son has the right

that put knife in his belly

and give them pain

one is behead them

that's it

he'll transfer to next world immediately

other one is hang him on the cross

don't do it yourself it is government's
duty

and government won't do it ever

so anyway

after hanging, hit with knife in his belly

then make it go round and round

so Allah is saying it is for those who
make chaos on earth

all fuqha have agreed on this

that this punishment will give as hadd

it means that in this public or government
don't have any right to forgive

not on anyone's appeal

because Allah says that they are fighting
with Allah and His messenger

He mentioned messenger by the way

that if it with me and it is with
messenger also

otherwise in actual with whom this battle
is with?

with Allah

Allah don't like chaos on earth and

what are they doing? spreading chaos

so we need to understand this

In dunya it is right of Allah

if a man kills another man on the basis of
personal enmity

so in dunya Allah put it as huqooq-ul-ibad

it is your matter

if you want forgive him, leave him

hudood are things that even in dunya
Allah keep it as His right

do you understand hudood?

there are some punishments in islam which
are there as hadd

hadd means like punishment of zaani

100 lashes

if married then rajam

no one has the right to forgive

Allah says it is my disobedience

so I'll punish

only I have the right to forgive

so in this govt. is forced to enforce the
punishment

Allah didn't give him the option to
forgive

and there are some punishments

which are given due to huqooq ul ibad

just like he slap him

so this is huqooq ul ibad

islam permitted you

that first measure if it is as big as his

then slap him accordingly

so these are huqooq ul ibad

huqooq ul ibad means

Allah gave you option, it is your matter

you can forgive if you want

Allah encouraged forgiveness

if the guardians of dead person forgive

the killer brother

Allah used word brother for him

leave him after taking fine

so this is very good thing

encouraged it

eye for an eye, nose for nose

ear for ear

if someone cuts your ear

Islam permitted you to cut his ear too

but it is said that this thing should be
done through government

don't do it yourself

if government doesn't cut his ear then
any punishment that govt. give

because if permission was given to
everyone

then it could be like someone else cut
yours and you cut of someone else's

and then he cut with knife, you are
cutting with scissors

nose for nose

what a system of justice

if someone hurt your eye knowingly

so islam permits you

that you can hurt his same eye too

but it is not for mistakes

someone was playing cricket

and it hit coincidently, not this

he hit your eye with knife knowingly

so islam permits you

that you can hurt the same eye

but quran is encouraging

if you forgive him

[Arabic]

so it will become the source for
forgiveness of your own sins

it will become Kafarah

Allah will forgive your sins too

Quran is encouraging you

but in hudood

Quran isn't encouraging

in the rights of Allah Quran is saying
you have to give punishment

man and woman who commits adultery

whip them both a hundred times

Allah isn't saying here

that if government forgives them then
Allah will forgive govt's sins too

no, not at all

[Arabic]

Allah says when they are subjected to
punishment

then you aren't allow to feel pity on them

you should not feel bad for them

[Arabic]

and their punishment will be seen by
people

they'll not be punished behind close doors

you should not think

that their self respect can get hurt

so we'll punish them secretly

no, not at all

you don't have to care about self respect

they'll be punished in front of everyone

Allah didn't say about robber that

10 people killed a man during robbery

so

in qisas Allah said

whoever forgives his killer brother

so Allah is encouraging

encouraging by saying brother

that forgive him

cause his corruption is less

personal grudge

now you will take qisas

your man has already gone

killer will get his punishment in akhirah

so if you'll forgive him in dunya

so he'll get mercy in his heart

that they can behead me

but they forgave me

may be he can become your slave because
of your good behaviour

but Allah isn't giving this protocol to
robbers

they don't have this feeling

they are greedy after money, some cents

during bright day they are robbing people

about them Quran isn't saying

cut their right and left foot but if govt.
forgive them

then vote him in the next election

vote him in the next elections because
this govt. is very merciful

no, not at all

some punishments are

first cutting hands of thief in this Allah
didn't give govt. right to forgive

thief is corrupt

the person whom thing got stole, even he
don't have right to forgive

so govt. is irrelevant

similarly there is another punishment of
robbers

govt. don't have right to forgive this too

similarly

3rd punishment is, in which there is not
any right to forgive

adultery, punishment of zina

either it is rajam, stoning or lashes

it don't have option to forgive

4th punishment in which there isn't any
right to forgive is hadd-e-qazaf

it is strange thing too

a man accuses someone of adultery

accuse him of? of adultery

what did he commit? adultery

went to court, that he is zaani

so in shariah there is ruling

that he'll be asked to bring 4 witnesses

bring what? 4 witnesses

if he bring 4 witnesses

then it is okay zaani will be punished

but if he didn't bring 4 witnesses

so who'll face circumstances?

the person who accused

now when he'll face it

so whom he called zaani

he don't have right to forgive him

you aren't understanding, I think

he don't have right

he had right until the case wasn't
in court

just like a man called someone zaani

he didn't go to court

he said don't say that again and now leave

it is permissible

but if he went to court

in court he said that this man called me
zaani

so court

won't ask zaani that if he is saying
right or wrong

understand the nature of shariah

because of this there are so many issues
in society

court don't have right that it asks from
him

that if he is saying truth or not

court will call him

that what did you say to him? zaani?

if accepts that

then he'll be accused

but if he didn't accept so the person
who is accused of adultery

court will ask him to bring 2 witnesses

to prove that he actually called you zaani

bring 2 witnesses

if he brings them then it will be proved

if he didn't bring

then court will ask him to swear that

swear that you didn't call him zaani

court will not argue if he is saying truth
or not

reason is lets say he committed that

so who gave you the right to call him
zaani

it is matter between him and Allah

until proven from witnesses

he have option of toba

so have a look at this that how much
sensitive is shariah

to hide someone's sin

and today

people are leaking each other's video
by hiding cameras

I get amazed

that someone who commits crime

and his video gets leaked

our society is bashing that criminal

but the person who put that video and
made it viral

we don't say him a word
