Known and popular all over the eastblock countries Nu pogodi, aka Haze und wolf ( Rabbit and wolf) is a sort of anomaly in Russian animation. A wolf chasing a rabbit is an animation comparable to sylvester and tweety, coyote and roadrunner, and more of that kind of western cartoons. The number of episodes that are made are also exceptional to russian standards besides the 16 originals there are nr. 17 till 20, later additions made by other studio's/ other autors, and there are several TV sidesteps of shorter duration.
