CCC Reporting Tool - part 1 Navigating to Tool

Welome to part one of the CCC Reporting Tool Training Series.

In this video, we are going to learn how to navigate to the reporting tool from the CCC data entry tool.

After logging in to the CCC data entry tool,

click on the "Reports" tab.

If it does not automatically redirect you to the reporting website,

you can click this link down here to manually launch it.

Please note that you need to be running Internet Explorer for this to work.

You also need Sun Java installed, which you can learn about it part two of the videos.

You will arrive at the main page, and you are already logged in

as the same user as you were on the data entry tool.

The reporting tool will open up on this welcome screen each time you access it,

and it should say "Welcome" and then your user name from the CCC data entry tool.

You will need to make sure that you have pop-ups enabled before you start accessing the report pages.

To do this, you'll want to click on the "Tools" menu, go to "Pop-up Blocker,"

and "Pop-up Blocker Settings."

You will want to type *.state.sc.us and click the "Add" button, and it will now be in your allowed sites.

Then you click close.

As I mentioned before, installing Sun Java is covered in part two of the videos.
