How to add a TEDxTalk to Amara

If you found a TEDxTalk that you wish to transcribe or translate and it is not on the TED team on Amara, follow the instructions in this video. You can use this form to submit TEDx talks: http://tinyurl.com/addTEDxTalk

[How to add a TEDxTalk to Amara]

If you watch a TEDxTalk you like

and you wish to transcribe
and translate it,

you first have to find the task on Amara.

So navigate to the Tasks tab,

set the filters appropriately

and search by the talk title.

If you can’t find the task,

you can request it
by filling out this form

at this link.

Fill out all the required information,

and you will be notified by email
once the task is available.

Sometimes, you may come across TEDx talks
added to Amara incorrectly.

Don't start working on them,

and instead first submit them
through the form.

Remember, OTP videos have
the TED logo on the left.
