This short qigong exercise -- hands folded, body curving -- is movement #3 of the blood cleanse qigong routine. You can repeat this movement 21 times. Practicing this qigong will help you to generate a smooth circulation flows inside the body, calm mind and body, and prevent a lot of diseases.
