Keto Butter Chicken Recipe
Keto Butter Chicken Ingredients:
2 lbs/900 g chicken thighs
6 oz/175 ml plain yogurt
3 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp each of turmeric powder, minced ginger and garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut chicken into even 1-2- inch pieces.
Marinate chicken with all the other ingredients above for 30-60 minutes.
Keto Butter Chicken Sauce Ingredients:
4-6 tomatoes (diced and drained)
2 yellow onions
1 bunch roughly chopped parsley (used at end of recipe)
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp butter or ghee
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds (ground)
1 tbsp each of garam masala, cumin, garlic and ginger
2 tsp chili powder
Salt & Pepper
Roughly chop onions and tomatoes then blend with dry spices until smooth.
Heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil in a large pot on medium-high heat.
Brown chicken for 3-5 minutes each side.
Pour butter/ghee around chicken.
Stir in heavy cream.
Cover pot and simmer 10-15 mins.
Keto Naan Recipe
Keto Naan Dough Ingredients
1 cup coconut flour
3 tbsp psylium husk powder
1/2 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder
1/2 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
Kosher or himalayan Salt to taste
3 cups boiled water
4 tbsp coconut oil
A liberal amount of butter or ghee
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Pour wet stuff into bowl
Knead and roll into 8-10 balls
Cook in skillet 2-3 min each side
Coat with Keto Naan Garlic Butter
Crush 4 garlic cloves and melt a 1/4 cup of butter. Mix together.
Assemble your keto butter chicken and keto naan then garnish with chopped parsley.
