Dr Watson shares her own story of childhood trauma as a way of exploring the root cause of youth mental health struggles like loneliness, depression, anxiety, and addiction. From childhood bombings and abandonment to motorcycle riding and wild partying, she reveals the impacts of early life experiences, and presents a unique approach to claiming your own power, overcoming your own challenges, and living life to your fullest potential. A clinical psychologist who has lived in and delivered support to young people in four different parts of the world, Dr. Watson is passionate about helping people find their inner potential and inherent value by making psychology accessible to youth from all backgrounds and circumstances.
