'A Lot of People I Know Aren't Politically Active or Involved'

  • 0:00 - 0:04
[What is the most important issue to you this elections season?
  • 0:04 - 0:13
For me the most important is Obamacare, repealing Obamacare and also entitlements.
  • 0:13 - 0:19
I know that's a second thing I'm mentioning but I would like to get a reign on entitlements,
  • 0:19 - 0:26
and, er, make sure that people who get welfare or food stamps also eventually find jobs
  • 0:26 - 0:28
    so they can support themselves.
  • 0:28 - 0:32
Because I'm a firm believer that, if you're motivated about your own life,
  • 0:32 - 0:38
then you can find pride in your job and eventually get off of welfare and foodstamps.
  • 0:38 - 0:42
[Do you think the political system is broken? Is so, how would you fix it?]
  • 0:42 - 0:48
No, I don't think it's broken, er, I think that a lot of people that I know
  • 0:48 - 0:52
aren't politically active or involved, and they don't know anything
  • 0:52 - 0:55
about what's going behind behind the scenes.
  • 0:55 - 0:59
All they have to do is look for the information. They can find it, but most people
  • 0:59 - 1:03
don't have the motivation to do that. And, er, I wish they did.
