Jim Fussell was raised by remarkable parents in Lewisville, Ohio, and has two siblings. He is a former pipeline construction welder apprentice. He enjoys the serenity of living in a quiet environment and paints landscapes every day. Even though Jim admits that he dwells on things that he knows he cannot change, he tries to live by the motto: Our environment is what we make it. Jim firmly believes that if you think positive, then positive will happen. He loves to stand up to be a voice for those that can't by supporting various charities. After TEDxMarionCorrectionalInstitution, he hopes that he will have made a difference and be thinking of all the Amy's in the world, and hopes you will be too.
