My favourite thing about working
in the charity and community sector is

the passion, the passion that
the people have for the work that they do,

for their stakeholders,
their service users.

Just their level of
passion for what they do

and their level of knowledge
from grassroots involvement

and there's nothing
more powerful than that.

Everybody you meet in
this sector is incredibly

passionate and dedicated
and excited to do what they do.

Working and
volunteering in the charity sector is

empowering, inspiring,

it's about sharing
and learning new skills

because you don't know it all,
so it's nice to learn new skills.

And having a different perspective on life

and what's happening in other parts of

community or voluntary organizations.

So yeah, no, it's good
I really enjoy it love it.

My favourite thing about working
in the charity community sector

is the feeling that
when I finish work every day

I've moved the dial a little bit

and I've made things
just a little bit better.

My favourite thing is
being able to help people.

Seeing the real tangible benefits

that you're bringing to people's lives

and the real changes that you can bring about.

It has great impact on
society, it has a great impact

on myself.

Being able to give back to your
local community

it's all the stuff
that's like really energizing.

I'm really passionate about, so that's what like

gets me up in the morning like.

Knowing you're doing
something that's making a difference

so I just love working

and it's brilliant.
