Фінансист: курс на ефективний фінансовий менеджмент від Дія.Бізнес, UKRSIBBANK та Mastercard

  • 10:00 - 10:04
We are confident enough to look into the future, and
  • 10:05 - 10:11
that is why all issues related to digitization of processes,
  • 10:11 - 10:14
    simplification, remote service
  • 10:14 - 10:16
    are our main strategy.
  • 10:16 - 10:20
We believe that the future lies in the transition to digital services,
  • 10:20 - 10:25
where all the necessary services can be obtained without leaving home,
  • 10:26 - 10:28
    without visiting a branch.
  • 10:28 - 10:34
And this is another important direction of the bank's services development.
  • 10:35 - 10:42
Today, since the beginning of the war, we have been investing in the development of the remote service platform
  • 10:42 - 10:47
to ensure that all customers who are located elsewhere, in Ukraine or abroad,
  • 10:47 - 10:50
have access to their accounts and banking services.
  • 10:51 - 10:57
We are also currently making large investments in cloud services
  • 10:57 - 11:02
and the security of the bank account keeping.
  • 11:02 - 11:03
    What I keep in mind.
  • 11:03 - 11:09
This year we have invested additional funds
  • 11:09 - 11:15
in the creation of the bank's data center, which, let’s say, is located in a safe place.
  • 11:15 - 11:21
Because previously the data centers were located in Kyiv and on the territory of Ukraine,
  • 11:21 - 11:27
but as we saw earlier this year,
  • 11:27 - 11:30
unfortunately, it is not 100% safe,
  • 11:30 - 11:36
and the bank invested in construction of a data center in a safer place.
  • 11:37 - 11:45
Regarding the main purpose of our participation in this project.
  • 11:46 - 11:50
We want to contribute to the support of small business development in Ukraine.
  • 11:52 - 11:58
As we saw this year, small and medium-sized businesses are especially important for the state.
  • 11:59 - 12:03
Specifically, in such times we, unfortunately, are living now.
  • 12:03 - 12:08
We have seen, we have witnessed how at the beginning of the war
  • 12:09 - 12:13
all the logistics chains of large businesses were actually destroyed,
  • 12:13 - 12:22
and the provision of services and goods by large companies and corporations was very complicated.
  • 12:22 - 12:27
And it was during these times that small businesses played such a vital role,
  • 12:27 - 12:30
because they were able to, they are more flexible,
  • 12:30 - 12:32
    they were able to adapt
  • 12:32 - 12:39
and, in the shortest possible time, to resume the provision of services to the population.
  • 12:40 - 12:43
Thus, they supported the development of the Ukrainian economy.
  • 12:43 - 12:47
Today we have such a desire
  • 12:47 - 12:51
to support the development of small and medium-sized businesses as much as possible.
  • 12:51 - 12:56
Therefore, we are once again grateful for the opportunity to participate in this project.
  • 12:56 - 13:00
We will help with expertise, we will invite experts,
  • 13:00 - 13:05
we will work in as many parts of Ukraine as possible.
  • 13:06 - 13:07
    Thank you.
  • 13:09 - 13:10
    Thank you, Andrii.
  • 13:10 - 13:13
Next, I will give the floor to Anna Onyshchenko.
  • 13:13 - 13:17
Supporting small and medium-sized businesses is extremely important in the current conditions.
  • 13:17 - 13:21
So please, tell us more about the Mastercard SME Index.
  • 13:21 - 13:24
What insights we got from this research.
  • 13:24 - 13:31
And also what help from MasterCard and partners to support business will be available in the centers.
  • 13:33 - 13:38
At first, thank you for the opportunity to speak to the audience.
  • 13:39 - 13:43
I thank my colleagues and partners for such splendid cooperation.
  • 13:43 - 13:45
This is already a long-standing cooperation,
  • 13:45 - 13:48
but today, as was mentioned a little earlier,
  • 13:48 - 13:52
SMB are the backbone for Ukraine,
  • 13:52 - 13:58
it is actually an extremely powerful driving force for our further development.
  • 13:59 - 14:01
    Therefore, we have a tradition.
  • 14:01 - 14:07
MasterCard keeps a certain chronology of the so-called MasterCard Index surveys that we conduct.
  • 14:09 - 14:12
Currently, just recently, in June this year,
  • 14:12 - 14:16
we conducted such a wave of surveys
  • 14:17 - 14:21
and understood for ourselves the interesting contemporaneity trends,
  • 14:21 - 14:26
which, in fact, lead to the decisions that we're implementing now.
  • 14:27 - 14:30
In other words, we open those centers to meet the needs of enterprises.
  • 14:30 - 14:35
What are the needs of micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs?
  • 14:35 - 14:38
Let's take a look at these data.
  • 14:40 - 14:43
They are like that, somewhat clear to us,
  • 14:45 - 14:49
but, still, we saw a lot of optimism in them.
  • 14:49 - 14:52
Let's now reflect on this topic.
  • 14:52 - 14:55
We have received answers to the questions:
  • 14:55 - 14:59
Are you closed now? Are you working?
  • 14:59 - 15:02
Have you downsized? Are you planning to recover?
  • 15:02 - 15:04
    The following responses were received.
