Shimapan: Hi, Simon Ma from team Shimapan here. I wanted to say thank you guys for all the feedback on the forum. We are checking every single day even though we don't respond every single day. Sorry about that. We are addressing the drop pod cockpit for during landing, and we are also going to add Devaris' drop pod idea for boarding actions. I thought that was pretty cool. But we don't have anything to show today because we haven't got to modeling the drop pod yet. We haven't figured out the final design for the drop pod, lights and stuff like that yet. We also addressed the engine nacelle size issues. The whole engine was too big and was throwing off the scale. And we also broke up the front intake into two shapes. Hopefully that will fix the scaling issue. I mean we also fixed the balance issue. In the earlier version when the drop pod came out, the balance was totally thrown off. So hopefully with the new version, it will look a lot more balanced to you guys. We did actually lose 2.5 weeks to finals, so we are playing a bit of a catch up game. What you'll see in the video is not gonna be a textured model. But we will catch up, don't worry, you can bet your ass on that. We hope to see you in the next update. Thank you, have a good day. TRUE: Greetings Star Citizens from team TRUE. We would like to thank all of you for support to indicate that we are moving in the right direction, and for feedback to help us to improve the ship. Please keep it coming. Based on multiple suggestions about Class-5 turrets, we have adjusted the design, and we hope that you will realize the idea when you see it. Also there were some questions about rear thrusters and their movement. The explanation is, the top rear thrusters move most of the center of mass in VTOL mode. They hold almost all the ship in the air, and the front thrusters have a much bigger distance from the center of mass which gives them enough momentum to turn the ship around, even though they are so small. The rear thrusters aren't that big actually, in engine size, they are heavier duty plus armor, and that makes them feel heavier. Here is some sneak peak of the modeling we're at now, and you are going to see much more in the show soon. Thanks again for the support, and see you in the verse. 1BitAmoeba Presents 1BitAmoeba: Greetings fellow citizens, this is 1BitAmoeba. I am very happy you're watching this video, and even more happy still being in the competition. As you can imagine, the gunship project is really big, and there's a huge amount of work that we have to do. Currently I spend all of my free time working on this project, and whenever I have the chance I take a day off and spend even more time working on it. So it's a lot of fun, and I can learn so many things from this project, so it's really good. Even though at the moment I'm probably more in the underdog position. So I'm still fighting very hard to make a very good design and work on it tirelessly, because it's still a lot of fun. I don't care if I'm losing or winning, because I've already won because I've learned so much during this contest, and that was my goal, so I can't lose anymore, that's best. I really appreciate your comments in the forum, I hope we can join in even more discussions in the on-going contest, so see you in the 'verse. 3Dingo: Hey community, we are 3-Ding-oooo Hey community, we are 3-Ding-ooooo, yeah! Ok, we don't know how to thank you, because we are here just for you, and for this, we are here. Thank you! This was our video to thank the community. Thanks for the vote, thanks for the comments, thanks for the feedback. It's going to really help us going on to this phase. For now we are in the modeling phase, some time was absorbed by the studying we needed to do, before working on the final products. But yeah, we are still here, we are working fine, we are working for you. Thank you really again people. We are 3Dingo, thanks!
