I made some soft pancakes today
It's good in looking and tastes
Try it if you like it
500 g all-purpose flour in the bowl
4 g salt
Stir in 350 g water in 50°
It's soft if you use warm water
Knead it to a dough until it's caking
It's sticky cuz the water content is high
You can put gloves on or oil your hands
The pancake is soft if the dough is soft
Transfer it to the cutting board
Push and fold
Knead it about 3-5 minutes
It's soft and smooth
Roll it to a log
Cut in equal sizes
One is about 170 g
Push and fold them
Round it
Put them into the tray
Oil the dough
So that they'll be leavened faster
Rest it for half an hour covered
Prepare an oil-flour mixture
A tablespoon of flour
Some salt
Two tablespoon of oil
Stir well
Stir it as a yogurt
After half of an hour
It's stringy
That's it
Take one out
Flour the cutting board and the dough
Squash it and roll it to a round sheet
Don't roll it too much thin
Roll it to a round sheet like this
Drizzle the mixture
Flat it evenly
Leave a blank circle around the edge
Make a cut to one side of the radius
Roll it up
Press your thumb in the center
Seal it tight
One more time
Give it a push and seal it
Press it like this
Don't roll it out
Rest it under the plastic wrap
Take one out and squash it
Roll it to a round sheet
Flip it
Make it a multi-layer
Roll it to a round sheet like this
Preheat the pan and brush oil
Put the pastry in
Make it evenly
Drizzle some oil on it
Turn the pan to make it hot evenly
until it's brown
Flip it until it's brown after 1 minute
Keep turning it
Flip it until one side is brown
Dish up until both sides are brown
Cut it
Check it out
So easy to cook it
