I had my lesson while having fun talking with my instructor. It's so peaceful. Once or twice every week, I've been coming here for the past year and three months. I think my body has changed a lot. My balance has improved as well. I can now tell when something might be a little off and adjust it by coming to the studio, which is why I think my drumming's also in good shape right now. Pilates is how I keep my mind and body healthy. I'll keep working hard. Isn't it better to say what changed? What's changed? First, I think my posture has really improved. I can tell in photos. Also, how about talking about the differences between yoga and Pilates? Ah, I often get asked that the differences are. There are many differences between yoga and Pilates, but one major difference that is easy to understand is whether or not the exercise is done on a machine. She taught me that earlier. I've never done yoga before, but yoga is yoga, and I think there are many good things about yoga, such as being soothing and relaxing. I've been to a lot of gyms and I've been to different Pilates studios. After doing various training methods at different places, I've finally found a studio, an instructor, and a lesson cycle that suits me. Even with the same training method, I think there are people and studios that suit each person. I also thought that it was really important to go to several places and try them out.
