and we have an Interview with the youth leader of the music club Kürzell: Jan Wingert.

Mr. Wingert - what does the music club of Kürzell do, here at the "nursery Billian"?

The young members of the music club serve food and drinks, here at the open day.

So, what's the offer exactly?

We have a rich offer of cakes and tarts.

In addition, we serve sausages with potato salad.

We have pretzels and different hot and cold beverages.

How comes that the youth of the music club caters the open day here at the nursery Billian?

The owner of the nursery Billian asked us

- we already catered here at the open day in the past

- of course we agreed, because with these activities we sponsor our non-musical undertakings.

Mrs. Billian, how long does the nursery exist

and how old is the tradition of the open day?

We celebrate the open day since 1999

and the nursery has been founded in 1937.

This was done by my grandfather.

He passed the business to my father,

who gave it to me.

This was in 1997.

What plants do you offer?

We have all the plants you plant in your garden.

We also have about 8 hectare of vegetables.

All kinds of vegetables you can buy at your grocery store.

Additionaly, we have tomatoes and cucumbers growing in greenhouses.
