9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 my experience when it comes to 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 disability being included in the[br]conversation 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 about inclusivity has been that in 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 general it hasn't been 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 It's only recently that it's really start 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 to move the needle on me, you do a lot of 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 work with sag-aftra in issues around[br]of diversity 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 and inclusivity and I got a say that the 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 performance of disability has done 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 phenomenal work in moving the needle 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 in getting this conversation happening in 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 the industry , its amazing how much energy 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 it takes to get that big old bolder role 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 in just an inch and they've done that 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 and it's starting to move now, it's 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 actually starting to role and people 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 have that in conversation [br]cause-ahh-causepeople 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 I think what Iam most excited about[br]right now 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 is that so many people are talking about 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 equality and inclusivity and they are 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 trying to make sure that nobody get's 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 left out and so when you point out 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 to somebody that you are leaving out 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 the 20% of the population 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 they pay attention, they wake up 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 and so that to me has been, I think it's 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 not been nearly as hard a converstion 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 as it would have been 10-15 years ago 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 people suddenly go, oh ! you are right 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 I haven't been thinking about that [br] 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 i have'nt been including performance[br]of the disabilities in my projects, 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 I haven't been hiring writers [br]with disabilities 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 I haven't been looking for producer 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 so the simple fact that is being pointed 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 out to them in a sometimes in the 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 shaming way but sometimes in the 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 this action will improve your bottom line 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 because people always wanna see[br]themselves on camera 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 and this doesn't always either be[br]the point 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 in fact sometimes it's most powerful win 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 yo, what you see a person on camera with a 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 disability and it's not the point of [br]the story 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 that's happening more and more[br]it's not happening enough 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 but lets be clear [br]but it's happening more 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 cause you know [br]at the end of the day I think 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 people are starting to realize that if you 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 say you stand for a quality, it's got be [br]a quality across the board 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 It can't be just quality for people that[br]look look like me 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 or my gender,or think like me, or [br]love like me 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 It's gotta be a quality for everybody 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 either you fight for everybody or [br]you really just fighting for yourself 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 and people like you 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 so I think that's the message that's [br]gotta get out there more and more 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 I think, It's out there that simple [br]note of 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 don't forget about these folks 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 who are by the way is the biggest [br]population 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 of people that are forgotten in the [br]country
