I started at Miller I was a pipe fitter. I switched piper about a year and a half into the Miller. I became Foreman and then I was an Operator Foreman from there. Before I came to Miller, I was a laborer for three years and then I actually became a pipe fitter at another company. I've bought a house, new cars; just a lot more financially stable than I was before. Not always paycheck to paycheck. Moving up was huge for me. There's a lot that I like about Miller. Versus other contractors, I think Miller looks better than anyone else. Our safety department, our OQ Department, our Fleet Managers, our guys that we have everything is just I think it's a notch above the rest, so Miller is great. I mean, they offer a lot more stuff too; you get bonuses, they have the company picnics, they have Employee Care Funds, they have scholarships, there's a lot to take advantage here that other contractors don't offer. Miller changed me, I mean it's a lot more stressful now, in the I'm position that I'm in. I've had a lot more things I have to do, a lot more people have to worry about, safety, you know, but it's all changing for the better, it's making me who I want to be, I've always wanted to be a foreman so I'm really happy for the opportunity. I kind of motivate myself. My parents are really hard workers. I've kind of, I think I just have that in me, being a hard worker. And, you know, when I was a pipe fitter I always wanted to –even a laborer– I always wanted to be a foreman. I always looked at my boss and said, "I want to do that, I wanna be an operator". So I've always said that so now that I'm an Operator Foreman I want to be a General Foreman, I want to be a Super Tenant. So I'm just always looking at me going forward and I always, you know, want to take it one more step. I think Miller is –from a company standpoint– everyone looking at Miller we look better than other contractors, so I think Miller is here to stay and it's gonna be the next best thing, so I want to be a part of the next best thing.
