My name is Nametsegang from Botswana.

And I'm with my husband here. 
He is called Hendrick from Botswana.

I had a challenge of back pain.

I was diagnosed with chronic 
back pain in 2016,

after experiencing severe pain 
in my waist and the left leg.

The pain was so severe that my left leg was not able to move and my waist was so painful.

It was around June 2016.

I then went to the doctor who sent me for an x-ray and then, he told me that

there was an early degenerative disease and also that I was having chronic back pain.

He told me to go for physiotherapy, 
which I had to go to for some time.

And he gave me painkillers and also asked me to buy the lumbar corset to relieve the pain,

and also to buy cushions so that 
when I sat on the chair,

I could use those cushions 
to relieve the pain.

So he told me that whenever I felt more pain, I could come back for painkillers.

That's how I used to live.

And I was ordered to go for physio at least three times in a year.

So last year, I started experiencing 
that very severe pain again.

I went for an x-ray again, but then they 
told they could not see anything,

so I would just have to 
live with the painkillers.

Sometimes, I would take an injection that could only be taken every three months.

Then if I felt the pain again, I would 
come back for another injection.

This year, I was ordered to go for physio at least twice a week for eight weeks

for them to try and help my back bone,

and also for some ultrasounds 
to relieve the pain.

But at the time I finished that scheduled physiotherapy, I was still feeling pain.

I could not stand or sit for long.

I would experience very severe pain

and it would be very difficult 
for me to bend or to stand up.

Even bending down to pick something from the floor was a challenge.

I would take a long time to arrive down there to pick up something.

This is the lumbar corset 
I was using to relieve my pain.

And these are the cushions I was ordered to use every time I sat on the chair.

I would put this one down; 
this one was for my back.

Me and my husband said to each other, ‘Let's seek God's intervention in this problem.’

Then, I submitted a request for online prayer around June 2024.

And then I was invited for Interactive Prayer.

I joined the Interactive Prayer on July 21.

When Brother Chris prayed for us,
we were together as a family.

He was praying for all of us, 
even our children.

When he prayed, I was having 
the faith that ‘I am healed’.

Because during his preaching, 
that's when I got assurance

that there is nothing impossible in God.
Everything is possible.

So, the moment he started praying, 
I started believing deeply I was healed.

I believed it in my heart.

And he told me to remove the lumbar corset.

Then I removed it, and I started jumping;
I started bending.

I started trying to feel it, asking myself,
‘Will I feel the pain again?’

But then the pain was gone.

And during the week, I kept on doing
the things that I couldn't do,

to be sure the pain was gone.
But that was it - the pain was gone!

And now I can sit down in the
meetings for long. I can walk.

I can stand for a long time, 
which I was unable to do before.

And even driving - I don’t have 
a problem with driving now.

I'm no longer taking the painkillers
I'm no longer using the lumbar corset.

Those cushions - I use them sometimes 
just for comfort, not for the pain.

I’m back to life.

Before, I couldn’t bend to this side,
to the right side.

Because the moment I tried to bend to the right, the left side would be so painful.

It would be burning like there was fire there.

I couldn't bend like this.

And now, I can bend as you can see, 
and I can even do it fast.

You can see that now I just do it easily.

It's just so easy for me.

Lifting my leg like this was difficult. But as you see, I can just do it so nicely.

And I can just shake my body 
without crying out in pain.

As you see, I can even jump!

You can see for yourselves, 
brethren - I am healed!

My name is Hendrick. I’m the 
husband to Nametsegang.

It was very hard on my side because every time I had to watch what was happening in her life,

as she was going through a lot every day,

I was wondering - when is 
this thing going to end?

There was no peace at all because you cannot have that peace or joy

seeing someone going through stuff like that.

Sometimes when I was alone I would ask God, ‘Why is this thing happening to my wife?’

I remember in those days when I met her, she was sweet; she was just fine.

And this thing just came. 
When is this thing going to stop?

It was really painful.
I was just feeling for her.

Sometimes I would just wish it was me who would experience this pain, not her.

It was not good at all.

I'm so happy right now because God is faithful and good to everyone.

He is there always and waiting for 
us as His children to cry unto Him.

He promised that He will never leave us.
He promised that He will take care of us.

I am so happy for what 
He has done to my family.

And even right now, I am still so happy.

She can do anything right now.
She can do her duties.

I’ve never heard her complain since joining the Interactive Prayer with Brother Chris.

I just want to encourage everyone that prayer with faith bears fruit

because God said we should 
have faith in Him.

So if you pray with faith, God hears you.

I have also learned that nothing 
is impossible with God.

It doesn't matter how long 
you have been suffering.

It doesn't matter what kind of disease, condition, problem or challenge.

Everything is possible with God.
He can heal everything.

He just needs our faith and 
our commitment to Him.

And also, distance is not a barrier.
Prayer doesn’t have boundaries.

You don’t have to worry 
because God is everywhere.

You can be prayed for by someone 
very far from you in the physical

but in the spirit, that person is not far from you because God is everywhere.

What I can say to the people who are watching around the world is

to build that trust in the Lord.

The Bible encourages us to trust 
in the Lord - with all your heart.

Complete trust is the one that
can change our lives.

There is nothing that can be hard to God; God can do anything. He is big; He is huge.

He can do extraordinary things in our lives.

Our duty is to to depend totally 
on Him and trust fully in Him.

You never have to doubt God.
