NOTE Paragraph 00:01:14.583 --> 00:01:16.590 But things have changed, 00:01:16.590 --> 00:01:18.571 and I am here to tell you that we 00:01:18.571 --> 00:01:21.820 can now eliminate PTSD, 00:01:21.820 --> 00:01:23.593 not just manage the symptoms, 00:01:23.593 --> 00:01:25.617 and in huge numbers of veterans, 00:01:25.617 --> 00:01:28.183 because new scientific research has been able to show, 00:01:28.183 --> 00:01:30.584 objectively, repeatedly, 00:01:30.584 --> 00:01:34.101 which treatments actually get rid of symptoms and which do not. 00:01:34.101 --> 00:01:38.215 Now as it turns out, the best treatments for PTSD 00:01:38.215 --> 00:01:41.401 use many of the very same training principles 00:01:41.401 --> 00:01:42.602 that the military uses 00:01:42.602 --> 00:01:45.442 in preparing its trainees for war.
