I love to see disbelief on people's faces
whenever they ask us:
did you make Taco Master?
People can't believe that
someone from the community
can do unbelievable things,
such as ranking number 1
at the Apple Store, or at Windows Store,
or winning an MTV for
the Best Game of the Year.
Believing is free and
doesn't cost us anything.
Why don't we believe in ourselves?
Why don't we believe in our work team?
Our videogame "Taco Master"
has reached two million downloads
in more than 180 countries,
and it started four years ago,
when we decided to get to know
the talent we could find here, locally,
and we realised the number of people,
creatives, musicians,
people who work with their voice,
animation people,
a lot of creative people around us.
So we decided to bring experts
from other countries
so that they trained these local talents
a bit more on technology
We brought people from the United States,
England, New Zealand.
And when these people came
to train these boys and girls,
they said: "Hey, they could be working
anywhere in the world.
They're really good".
Then people started to believe
that they had the ability to create
and to export this
to 180 countries in the world.
Then we set ourselves another challenge.
To make a console video game,
but everybody was saying
that, in Mexico, a console video game
had never been done.
How can you actually do it?
These guys started to train,
programming, drawing,
watching videogames
and we launched this game
for Nintendo Wii.
It's being sold in Brazil, in Mexico,
only with the Mexican creativity
and from here, Guadalajara.
We said: Ok, a film.
Why can't we make a 3D film?
It had never been done here,
in 2D in Guadalajara nor in 3D in Mexico.
So we set ourselves this challenge
to first train some people,
in order to acquire the abilities
to do something in 3D.
And we said: "Well,
we're going to finish it, aren't we?"
We did it and the biggest surprise was
that it started to win prizes.
in Argentina, as Best Film for Children,
or here in Guadalajara,
at the International Film Festival,
and we were asked to bring it
to various festivals worldwide.
So then we said:
"Well, we're going to try and see
if we can release it in cinemas."
And nowadays it's in the cimenas
and soon, it will be on the Internet
for you to download it and be able to see it.
What do we do? We believe in talent.
What I ask you is to believe in yourselves,
to believe in the work team,
to believe in your heart
and make Taco!

Thank you.
