If you breathe in mindfully,
and you put all your mind
into your in-breath,
the worry will go away right away.
If you know how to do walking meditation,
and if you put all your attention
on making a step and enjoying the step,
there is no worry possible at that time.
Or when you play
volleyball or basketball,
if you put all your mind and body
into playing and enjoy the present moment,
there is no worry possible.
And when you eat your breakfast,
if you look deeply into your breakfast,
enjoy your muesli,
your yogurt, your bread,
enjoy the presence
of your fellow practitioners,
then there is no worry possible.
You need to be mindful,
concentrated on what is going on around
and enjoy it, then the worry
cannot do anything to us.
