in your response.

This may even be an opportunity 
for you to boast a little

about your commitment to the job.

Always try to give concrete examples 
of the various successes you've had

while performing activities 
related to the job.

If you've gone beyond expectations 
or outperformed or outpaced others

in similar roles, that can also be 
highlighted in your answers.

And be sure to bring copies 
of any awards or letters

of recommendation with you 
to the interview.
