I think most of the problems there
in educational system, are cultural,

quite frankly.

And everyone is afraid to use
the C word. Culture.

Because everyone says, "Oh that's racist."

What do we give them to make them
want to get up in the morning

going to school.

What are we giving them?

In one city you can have just garbage
schools up in our neighborhood.

And then down there, amazing schools,
and you can't tell me that's not race base
