He's a[br]high-functioning autistic. 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 My lady at the time often said that she[br]doesn't think he's got autism, 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 she thinks he has asthmarism. 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 (laughter) 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 There was a time when he was riding[br]with me as a kid, 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 and I already had some fame, and a cop[br]pulled me over. 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 I did a wrong turn or something,[br]and a cop pulled me over. 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 And as the cop came up to the window to[br]write the ticket, Charlie leaned over towards 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 the window and he said, 'Do you know who[br]you're talking to?' 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 I went SHHHHHH 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 And that's one of the main efforts we[br]have. To get law enforcement to 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 understand there are these types of[br]people, that they cannot exercise ordinary 9:59:59.000,9:59:59.000 tough cop bullshit.
