this opportunity to say a big thank you

um for all of those who received us with

an open heart in South Africa we

actually entered unannounced and left

unannounced that's how God wanted it for

this trip and we did leave a bit of our

know that don't worry God's time is the

best you know we're Servants of God and

we do go where God sends us and this was

a wonderful time to meet and strengthen

and build up the faith of our partners

in the grace of God for a big public

about how to live a healthy life how our

heart can be healthy and starting off in

um about what it does in our body but I

just want to let you know that all of

this is good for our heart physically

source of vitamin C we've got all this

we've got mango we've got orange we've

got lemon grapes kiwi melon nectarine

and then this is fish which is really

good for the heart um we've got bread

olive oil as well don't miss out the

olive oil it's really good for the heart

and then nuts seeds all these things

what did you have for breakfast this

morning I hope you have a bit of what's

on this table um I found I feel like I'm

in a cooking

program but actually God put this in our

heart because we wanted to share with

you how we can really live a healthy

life you know so many people start the

new year with resolutions I'm going to

cut out carbohydrates I'm going to try

and lose weight I want to try and be

more healthy whereas actually the all of

it it's important to look after our body

but the best way that we can remain

healthy and have a healthy heart is to

actually keep the word of God in our

heart and we want to talk about that

today what it means means to have a

healthy heart but before we delve into

it I just wanted to share with you this

beautiful fruit um that we enjoyed in

the nation of South Africa and you are

so blessed anywhere you are watching all

over the world you know it's so easy for

us to complain about where we live and

begin to look at oh I wish I lived

somewhere else whereas actually take a

moment to thank God for what God has

given you in wherever you are because

truly uh then Africa as a continent and

specifically the nation of South Africa

wow what a blessed Nation with

food we want to thank all of you for

your support we said we went to South

Africa it wasn't an event we didn't go

there for an event we went simply to

thank our family our partners living in

something about that country it's true

every country has it its challenges

but that country has a great great great

great resource and grace of God so every

country we go we will pray we will pray

blessings of that country the Bible says

29:7 you should pray because what is

good for the country it's good for you

so today the Lord stir our hearts on a

message you know we don't prepare

message in advance we trust the Holy

Spirit to lead us to guide us because he

is the

teacher he is the instructor he is the

commander so today God put in our heart

to reflect on the state of our

heart and we we say what is heart you

know the importance of our heart our

heart is a fountain our heart is a

foundation our heart our spirit means

our heart is the foundation of Our Lives

begin to realize that either we have

taken the wrong food and that affected

the health of our heart and what do we

do we run for solution for medicine but

the Bible says prevention is better than

cure

know how to guard against it we know how
