Translation & Subtitles: thoseguiltyeyes | scandal-heaven.com RINA here. I'm going to go to training today. Did I do a previous video about this? I had done some personal training before. (Saying that I was frustrated with the gym) I thought it might be good to go back to doing pilates, which I did do. I can't wait. I really respect those who regularly go to the gym. I get frustrated since it's so tough. I'm like, I can't do this! (It's important to continue doing things in a way that suits you) I've always worn Nike activewear. I've always worn Nike. I mix and match a lot of items. There are a lot of people on our staff that do training, and... They thought that pilates would be the best for me. So I started that back up again. Since you use a ton of stamina when playing concerts, I think [training] is an important thing to do. I put my outfit into this tote, and now I'm ready to go. Also, a towel too. Ah, that's right. A little while ago my signature snare drum and set from Pearl went on sale, and it seems that purchasers are starting to get their snare orders. On social media I'm getting messages from receivers, which makes me really happy! "Your signature snare was delivered today! I started playing drums 10-odd years ago because I looked up to you, and my life has gotten so much happier. I hope you continue being happy!" That's a message that I got. (The fans are so nice) It made me really happy. Thank you! When you look at Pearl's pamphlets, or at festival lineups, there really are so few female drummers! That's something I've thought again recently. Though I think there are a lot of them compared to in the past. It's not at all about whether that's a good or bad thing, but showing a delicate side... or a fair side is something that I've always thought would be good, which makes me very happy to receive these sorts of messages. It makes me nervous to talk about the drums. What else can I talk about? I think there are so many things that are solved by continuing to do something. (Both for body training and evaluation) From the start I had been playing my drums, of course, but I kept being told that it's like I wasn't actually "performing." After all, I debuted soon after I started playing drums, so there were times when my skills couldn't keep up. There were all sorts of thoughts and opinions. We're now in our 16th year, and I started to see that we do have people who convey things properly and are watching over us. I really want to be an artist who can convey things from various aspects. Yeah. That's why I'm doing all I can while being in a band. I can't really sum it up well, though. I'm thinking of things like how I should come to terms with my body while being in a band. It really is nice and enjoyable to be able to move your body around. I share all sorts of stuff via this YouTube channel and my personal Instagram, (I'm talking about social media all of a sudden) and you know, I have a lot of overseas followers on Instagram. Less than 50% of my followers are Japanese. About 40%. But two years ago it was around 35%. And on YouTube, about 70% of my viewers are Japanese. Among the accounts I have, this is one that a lot of Japanese people are looking at. And even though [my videos] are entirely in the Japanese language, people from overseas have been watching as well, which I'm very grateful for. It's about time to get ready and head to training. This tour's pretty harsh, after all. I hope we can do the full tour. The things I talked about today aren't really cohesive. That's fine. There will be days like that. This was me talking as well as saying I'm about to go to pilates. It wasn't very much, though. Those who female drummers-- not just drummers, but the people who are in bands who watch these videos, I'm always rooting for you. Let's do our best together! Please continue to enjoy it! I too will do my best! Good work today! Bye bye! Here's a bonus. I braided my hair today. Can you see it? It's easy to move around in. Hope it hypes me up. I'm off! Bye bye!
