Vlogging Every Day in August, Los Angeles! It's Question Tuesday, when I answer real questions from real PaulTalkers! I got questions from mostly twitter and a little instagram! Mary ‏asks: "if you were a Pokemon, which one would you be? I'm snorlax because I love naps and food." I think I'm a Ghastly because he's got a smooth dome and "is largely composed of gaseous matter". Sorry, it's vegetarian thing. Rena ‏asks: how do you stay motivated to create?? By thinking that if I stop creating, I'll never be able to start again. So, fear! Dana Hand ‏asks: Hope this hasn't been asked before: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? I think I'd like to go to New Zealand because I like the kiwi accent and it looks like just about every fantasy land I've ever seen! Annalise asks: how long have you been vegan + do you find vegan food is more accessible in a place like LA compared to DC? I'm just vegetarian and have been since 1992. I do try to eat vegan because dairy doesn't agree with me and other reasons. Vegan food is all over the place in LA, but it's in many places in DC, too. LA does have more, but it's more expensive. Jamie asks: what is one thing you've noticed/learned about LA that surprised you or you thought would be different? I'm surprised by how few 7-Elevens there are. Also, I knew it doesn't rain here much, but the experience of almost never raining is weird. And I didn't realize pollution would pile up on my car the way that pollen does back in DC. On instagram, hellwillchoke commented: What about the YouTube community keeps you coming back? My little part of the youtube community cares so much. About issues, about stories, about each other. If we were all apathetic or just doing it for the money, I'd find a different place to express myself. Rachel also asks: When did you go vegan and is there any one food that you miss? A food I miss? It's been so long. Maybe fried chicken? Or kalbi or bulgogi from my Korean upbringing. One more from instagram, curiouslyjustmegan commented: What has doing VEDA inspired in you? Having made a video everyday, what do you want to do next- even if unrelated to YouTube? I want to keep posting videos every week. And I'm much more interested in seeing if I can make money from this thing I kind of love doing: youtube. I'd like to do more PRODUCED videos, I think. Maybe short films? And finally, Sabrina asks: what do you miss the most and the least about Silver Spring/DC? No question, what I miss the most are my friends who are still there. Even if I never hung out with them. What I miss the least? The rain and humidity. It never stopped! Thank you everybody who submitted questions! In the comments, tell me what you thought of my answers or anything that matters to you because I want to know what matters to you.
