hey guys and welcome back to the second
episode on our Android TV box buying
guide and right now I've got a topic
that it's not only for those that never
heard of Android TV boxes but also for
those that are used to this kind of
device and mostly for those that don't
see Android TV box is the same way that
I see now this question that you see on
the title there there will be some guys
and girls matter the gender that will
say an android TV box to be an android
TV box has to have the Android TV OS
installed now in my opinion this is only
half true and now on a more serious note
what I do answer all the time is that so
if an Android TV box has to have a
Android TV OS inside which we will talk
about the OS on the next video
how do I call an box that is connected
to this TV in this particular cases in
MINIX u9h and i've got on my hand right
over here that we take up what the hell
should I call this box on this kind of
box because it's running pure Android
and we will talk about that in another
video and it's it has an HDMI connection
so I'm going to connect it to a TV it is
a box what should I call this device it
has Android inside so guys my opinion is
really simple this is an Android TV box
and any other device running Android TV
iOS is also an Android TV box so
basically what I believe is simple as
this any box doesn't matter the shape
that it has that as a way to connect to
a TV with a Android operating system
regardless of the version if it's
Android TV OS or pure Android it is in
my opinion a and
box and that is it so really simple this
is my opinion on how we should call
these devices now one question that can
arise from here is that the operating
system pure Android was not developed
for this kind of device it was developed
for tablets and for phones but like
everything in life things evolved and a
few years ago someone thought that could
be useful to use this operating system
which I love on a Android TV or on a TV
box and place Android inside guys now in
my opinion as well it's more important
to know what can we do with these
devices which was something that we
mentioned here on the video and as well
what is Android TV OS and pure Android
on these devices which will be the title
of my next two chapters on this mini
series so hopefully I'll see you on the
