too busy," 0:02:14.356,0:02:16.953 "They don't value education." 0:02:17.563,0:02:23.226 So at worst, families are not included[br]in their children's education at all. 0:02:23.516,0:02:27.462 At best, families are asked [br]to do volunteer activities 0:02:27.462,0:02:31.844 like chaperoning field trips [br]or organizing bake sales. 0:02:32.154,0:02:36.745 Neither of which have anything to
