In 2000 just three month before my release from a prison an I was x-rayed

and it was found that I am sick with the tuberculoses, they started the treatment but have not finished as I was released from the jail

and in principle the treatment in the prison was very pure

I came to this clinic, but I was a systematic injection drug users that time, so I often was late or missed the treatment

And I often had the abstinent syndrome. Once I talked to Ivan Adamovich [the doctor]

And he offered me join the [substitution therapy] program. He told me about the program

He explained how this medication worked; he also explained that I can go though the treatment here in the hospital

The use of the drug just prevented me from a treatment but now

I now because of the efforts of the guy I can receive the substitution medication here in the hospital; and everything is good in principle

So here I receive a TB treatment and the treatment against drugs

So now I can just receive the good treatment, I know that I do not need to run or go anywhere anymore…
