(upbeat music) - Costco culture to me means giving everything back to the member that we possibly can. - To me, Costco culture is all about doing the right thing. - I think about fairness and transparency in all aspects of our business. (upbeat music) - Two things come to mind when I hear Costco culture, respect and security. Security because the company takes care of its employees and we all feel very safe on our jobs as long as we do our jobs, and respect for us as individuals and us as a group. - I get excited when I know I have to get up in the morning to come to work. - Culture is a way of life for a group of people. Since I came to this country I worked for big corporations and companies before, but when I came to Costco I see the difference. The difference is how much Costco cares about employees. - To me, Costco culture makes us who we are. It's what makes Costco different from any other company. - Costco changed my life and my family, and I'm very proud to work in Costco. - Costco is everything. We do everything the right way, the Costco way. - Costco being what it is, a great company. It tells you to do the things on a great basis. - Everything, because Costco changed my life and give me opportunity the things that we don't have in another company, only in Costco. - Growing as a professional, I'm young. I'm thankful for being here. I love Costco. (laughs) - Member service and quality. It's what we do and how we do it. - To me, Costco is a family. I've never met so many people that care about you at your workplace. I've seen so many people helped out by their fellow employees that I just love the family values, and the family atmosphere at Costco. - In one word? Cheese. For my family, Buying one block of Tillamook cheese once a month saves me 60 bucks a year. That's culture to me. - The quality of our products, the trust in our products for our members, and our outstanding pricing. Mainly because in the time I've been here, I've come to see it embody so many different things. Starting with having fun, challenging yourself, and that hard work does pay off. For me though the foundation of all of this is respect, mutual respect for our members, our employees, and the principles that we stand for. That's what sets Costco apart and that's why I love coming to work every day. - Taking care of our employees in any way possible, and ensuring that we maintain this Costco culture moving forward. - Costco culture means to me is that every role within the warehouse is important, from the lot attendants to our warehouse manager. - Provide quality goods and services to our valuable members by ensuring we follow Costco's code of ethics. - Being showtime ready at all times. Our warehouse is made up of many different cultures that come together to work for the same goal, which is great member service. - Costco culture is represented greatly here at this location by having members returning and saying, I love you. - Having fun working together and providing exceptional service. - We're actually a close knit family that I trust and I can talk to, and I can actually come here without thinking, oh, I'm going to work.
