We are confident enough to look into the future, and that is why all issues related to digitization of processes, simplification, remote service are our main strategy. We believe that the future lies in the transition to digital services, where all the necessary services can be obtained without leaving home, without visiting a branch. And this is another important direction of the bank's services development. Today, since the beginning of the war, we have been investing in the development of the remote service platform to ensure that all customers who are located elsewhere, in Ukraine or abroad, have access to their accounts and banking services. We are also currently making large investments in cloud services and the security of the bank account keeping. What I keep in mind. This year we have invested additional funds in the creation of the bank's data center, which, let’s say, is located in a safe place. Because previously the data centers were located in Kyiv and on the territory of Ukraine, but as we saw earlier this year, unfortunately, it is not 100% safe, and the bank invested in construction of a data center in a safer place. Regarding the main purpose of our participation in this project. We want to contribute to the support of small business development in Ukraine. As we saw this year, small and medium-sized businesses are especially important for the state. Specifically, in such times we, unfortunately, are living now. We have seen, we have witnessed how at the beginning of the war all the logistics chains of large businesses were actually destroyed, and the provision of services and goods by large companies and corporations was very complicated. And it was during these times that small businesses played such a vital role, because they were able to, they are more flexible, they were able to adapt and, in the shortest possible time, to resume the provision of services to the population. Thus, they supported the development of the Ukrainian economy. Today we have such a desire to support the development of small and medium-sized businesses as much as possible. Therefore, we are once again grateful for the opportunity to participate in this project. We will help with expertise, we will invite experts, we will work in as many parts of Ukraine as possible. Thank you. Thank you, Andrii. Next, I will give the floor to Anna Onyshchenko. Supporting small and medium-sized businesses is extremely important in the current conditions. So please, tell us more about the Mastercard SME Index. What insights we got from this research. And also what help from MasterCard and partners to support business will be available in the centers. At first, thank you for the opportunity to speak to the audience. I thank my colleagues and partners for such splendid cooperation. This is already a long-standing cooperation, but today, as was mentioned a little earlier, SMB are the backbone for Ukraine, it is actually an extremely powerful driving force for our further development. Therefore, we have a tradition. MasterCard keeps a certain chronology of the so-called MasterCard Index surveys that we conduct. Currently, just recently, in June this year, we conducted such a wave of surveys and understood for ourselves the interesting contemporaneity trends, which, in fact, lead to the decisions that we're implementing now. In other words, we open those centers to meet the needs of enterprises. What are the needs of micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs? Let's take a look at these data. They are like that, somewhat clear to us, but, still, we saw a lot of optimism in them. Let's now reflect on this topic. We have received answers to the questions: Are you closed now? Are you working? Have you downsized? Are you planning to recover? The following responses were received.
