[MUSIC PLAYING] Sexual orientation is one of the most fascinating aspects of our existence, and that is because sexual thoughts and attractions are experienced inside our minds. Every individual's sexual orientation is a bit different from the other, just like personalities and appearances are slightly different in each person. Different people are attracted romantically or sexually to various features and characteristics in others. Some people do not feel attraction at all and identify as asexual. A person's feelings about attraction can evolve, or may stay the same over time. The same is true across cultures and countries all over the world. [MUSIC PLAYING] From when I was a small child, I remember myself falling in love with boys. Although, from time to time, in my dreams, I would be fascinated by a beautiful women or feel something from imagining a woman. Now, I never found myself attracted to a real life woman standing in front of me, so I consider myself straight. From a very early age, I experienced this feeling that would later become attraction towards men. For years, I was so afraid of dealing with my sexual orientation, until at the age of 21, I hooked up with a woman, and that made me realize, finally, that women are just not my cup of tea. So from then on, I started the process of accepting my feelings and coming out as gay to my family and friends. I would probably define myself as pansexual. I'm more drawn to the soul and character and less to a specific gender. I had relationships with all genders, as each of them met a different emotional need of mine. And for the past three years, I've been living with an amazing woman who I'm still madly in love with. As you can see, there is a wide variety of sexual orientations. Human sexual orientation is a spectrum. As we open our minds further, we learn to respect and accept the differences in each other and realize that love and attraction may come in many forms.
