how our heart can be healthy and
starting off in the natural you know we

here um about what it does in our body
but I just want to let you know that all
of this is good for our heart physically
like if we want to have a healthy heart

source of vitamin sea we've got all this
they've got mango we've got orange we've
got lemon grapes kiwi melon nectarine
and then this is fish which is really
good for the heart um we've got bread
olive oil as well don't miss out the
olive oil it's really good for the heart

heart because we wanted to share with
you how we can really live a healthy

new year with resolutions I'm going to
cut out carbohydrates I'm going to try
and lose weight I want to try and be
more healthy whereas actually the all of
it it's important to look after our body
but the best way that we can remain
healthy and have a healthy heart is to
actually keep the word of God in our
heart and we want to talk about that
today what it means to have a healthy
heart but before we delve into it I just
wanted to share with you you this
beautiful fruit um that we enjoyed in
the nation of South Africa and you are
so blessed anywhere you are watching all
over the world you know it's so easy for
us to complain about where we live and
begin to look at oh I wish I liveed
somewhere else whereas actually take a
moment to thank God for what God has
given you in wherever you are because
truly uh then Africa as a continent and
specifically the nation of South Africa
wow what a blessed Nation with food
